    Yes sort of, i will post a pic when done its in the oven. I dont use potatoes though as dont really eat them, i used onions, broc, some scraps of smoked bacon i had left, spring onions, red and green peppers, tomatoes, salt and pepper and 8 eggs
    For the scotch eggs i used hard boiled eggs and defrosted some Linda McCartneys Vegetarian Red Onion & Rosemary Sausages nd just wrapped these around them and they are baking, didnt put any breadcrumbs on as then they are still free of syns, if they are not too good i will add wholemeal bread crumbs next time, again pic when done:D

    May have a go tonight when oven is on with our chicken.
    I normally put a Flapjack in but not tonight!
    Is there a SW variation, cause OH and myself both love/loved Flapjack?
