Today's menu:
Really couldn't find my appetite this morning.Nor interested in food at all,but nibbled at the tiniest cup of (mostly speed ) fruit my 2 youngest children prepared for me as part of a game they were playing.
Late lunch: bacon, eggs,tomatoes,fried onion,baked beans
Tea: chicken flavoured with Schwartz season-all (free),served with peas,swede,carrots,roast butternut squash

MamanI've only said "no planned wine" - doesn't mean DH won't decide to open a bottle and if he does then I'm not sure I have the necessary self control!!!

An update - I managed to avoid the wine even though DH opened a box (5 litres:D)! I've had one small (25ml) gin & diet tonic plus another tonic.
No idea how I managed to stick to plan but glad I did and it means I've managed to pull back a few syns. Will count up in the morning to see how many I have left until WI on Thursday.

Hi, this will be my Sunday menu....
Breakfast..porridge,A/B raspberries, strawberries, blueberries.
Lunch..ham salad sandwich 6 syns
Dinner.. home made meat and potato pie ( no crust ) carrots , peas, few green beans.
Extra ff yoghurt, pineapple, 2 crispbread/ butter 5 syns.

Hi everyone
Got really fed up after last week's gain and it took until Wednesday to talk myself around (I was thinking of calling it a day) so today's 2lb loss was very welcome.
Bit worried about next week as I'm off to Edinburgh for the week but there's not much I can do about that so will have to try & be as good as I can (there won't be much drinking so that's a plus)0
