I slice potatoes and cook til nearly soft.

Cook vegetables of your choice and cook til nearly soft.

Tonight was a fresh mixed bag and added mushrooms and sprouts

Mix 2 large eggs into a tub of cottage cheese .

    Put oven on 200 .
    While oven is heating up.

Put layer of potatoes in bottom of dish

Then layer the vegetables on top of potatoes

Another layer potatoes on top of vegetables

Pour egg cottage cheese mixture over potatoes and veg.

When oven ready put quiche in and cook around 30 minutes and serve.

I had baked beans with tonights quiche :)

    Good losses, orlao and Squiggly.

I have had these scales for just over a year. They seem to be quite reliable. I like that I can weigh my cat as she has a thyroid problem ( as well as arthritis and having only 3 legs and being stone deaf – we adopted her last year, when she was 13) and I like to keep an eye on her weight as there is a risk of kidney damage.. Previous cat had same problem (always hungry, never gains weight) and lasted until she was 18. :A

Thank you greentiger I have saved the link to read later or tomorrow :)
