Some of her photos reminded me of my Sis, who is also a Size 24 but if ever I comment on her weight we always end up falling out.
This lady goes to one of my consultants classes, they are in London this week to see if she gets slimmer of the year , she is in top 10:T:T:T

Yes I'm pleased.
My main goal last week was to be less greedy.
I have eaten less sugary/salty snacks and have enjoyed more salad/fruits.
Plus have drank more water than normal.
Let's see if next week is similar.

I drink litres but do seem to have a constant thirst, might have to go docs as i am even waking in the night a drink at least a pint of water:eek:
