I am returning to the fold too!

I've been rubbish for about 5 weeks, a few days on, a few days off and I'm getting nowhere and feeling crap about myself.

Line drawn today and I've stuck to it. It's always easier once you get that first day over with. I just need to work out how to roll it into a week.

I've had a read through this new challenge and am inspired again. I'd like to try for 14 lbs please Shala. this was my target for the last challenge but I totally failed on that one. Hopefully this time I'll be more successful.

Good luck to all those who are sticking to it and also to those struggling. Sometimes it gets so hard to do, fingers crossed that those easy days come again soon for everyone x

Thanks Bubbs and GT. Just went to put my PJs on and could barely lift my arms above my head - hope I've loosened off a bit tomorrow.

Augh the football woe - we look like going down again, flippin hate football!

Finishing on 12 syns, possibly 14 if I have another hot chocolate. A lot of them have been real food (Yorkshire pud, gravy, butter) rather than treats though so that's good, no?

I won't jump on it too hard, I might break it! Haha!

Not feeling great at the moment, woke up yesterday with the most horrific cold! Still on plan today though! Brought plenty of syn free snacks and my synned goodies to munch on through the night! I will get back to the bottom of target! Xxx

    Moneysaverme welcome back.

Rather than thinking can I manage SW for a week, think of it in terms of "today I will stick to plan"; the next day exactly the same. By the time Next Saturday night comes you'll have done the week! Hope it works for you.

Tete - how you're feeling looser tomorrow. Must have been a nasty fall you had.

Tweets/Wiz - I think square sausage is the pits! Absolutely hate it. Think it's sometimes called Lorne.

I think it's a Scottish food ?.. Lorne ... square sausage. I think it depends who makes it i e quality of meat.
A friend used to bring some from Ireland Doherty's now that was good

They also make ordinary sausage and gluten free sausage. These can be got at Asda.
I am not really a sausage eater .. you don't know what's in them I can eat
Richmond Irish sausage at a pinch but they are 97 calories that is almost 5 syns.. I like Linda McCartney 's vegetarian sausage 4 syns for 2 which is better.
    Keep plodding everyone.:D :D:D

Well, dinner tonight was delicious - 3 courses and birthday cake! Have worked out the damage... 62 syns!! So, going through the week, that has used all my syns up to now, plus tomorrow's 15 and 4 of Tuesday's... Oh well, it was a lovely evening, so I will have to do my best going forwards. ;) Tomorrow was planned as syn-free anyway, so we shall see what happens. Weigh in isn't until Thursday... :rotfl:

    Monday's menu:
B: Cheese (HExA) omelette with mushrooms and tomatoes
    L: Roasted Mediterranean vegetable soup
D: Cajun chicken, potato salad (using fromage frais/quark dressing), sweetcorn and salad (lettuce, Chinese leaf, cucumber, tomatoes, celery & spring onions)
    HExB: hi-fi bar

Have a good Monday, everyone! :D
