    Sitting here like Billy no mates :o even the dogs ignoring me :(
    Hubby & son are at this moment waiting for iron maiden to come on stage at Manchester arena.
    Good thing-I have the remote, bad thing-just ate a Belgian chocolate ice lolly (Tesco's version of magnum) :o. Not the best time to be on my own :(
    Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

    Hi, another lovely day today, I believe it has to break at the weekend...:)

    This is my Tuesday menu plan ...E E

    Breakfast.. Porridge..A/B strawberries, Raspberries blueberries.

    Lunch.. salmon salad sliced fried Jersey potatoes beetroot. Apple.

    Dinner...sausage,4 syns mash , mixed veg, gravy 2 syns, pear.

    Extra..ff yoghurt, 2 crispbread/ butter 5 yns

    Breakfast crustless quiche stuffed with speed

    :( Lois, I feel annoyed for you. WW takes so much effort to not get results.. hopefully you'll have a double loss next week! Thanks for the minestrone recipe, I keep meaning to try it as I like a chunky soup.

    Going to lurk for a while, hope you all don't mind.
    I need to get to grips with the jargon especially bubbs speed salad and quiche.
    No wonder she chats so much on mse. :p

    Need to lose 2 stone, but 7lb to start with will be a bonus.

    I am happy to report last week at Slimming world 2 and half pound weight loss,tonight another pound,doing a walking group,walk down from mums on a sunday afternoon,doing Aquafit outside in a heated pool on a saturday morning just for an hour.
