Tete - are you still at target? If you are then I would say as long as you only use the amount of fruit you would actually use and FF natural yoghurt then I wouldn't syn it. However if you're not at target then I'd syn it. Have looked at SW on line and they vary a lot depending on brand, which of course isn't very helpful!
I'm nowhere near target, you must be thinking of someone else! Thanks for your thoughts though, and you're right, I know. I'll have a little look around at how much to syn it and maybe replace a couple of my day's coffees (or which there are many at the mo) with a smoothie, at least then I'm getting some vitamins. Well done on your loss this week!
WI tomorrow but also TOTM (how does it always come around so quick) so I'm feeling a bit blergh and heavy this evening. Que sera sera.Weightloss: 14.5/65lb0 -

Well done on your losses, lantanna, chocolateteddy, denise, Missli and bubbs. :T Special congrats on SOTW, bubbs!
chocolateteddy, that Eton Mess desert sounds yummy...
Well, today I kind of stuck to plan, except I had a call from my next door neighbour (who works away a lot, so I don't see him much) inviting me for a coffee and catch up. I drink black coffee with no sugar, so no danger there...I thought... When I got there, he had baked soft chocolate cookies! There goes that "don't disappoint people..." thing again!! I have synned it as a Millie's regular dark chocolate cookie (10½), which will cover it because it wasn't quite as big as a Millie's one, and didn't have the chocolate chips in it. So, with the additional 1 syn for LTL mayo (I turned the new potatoes for dinner into potato salad...), I've ended today on 16 syns.I'm not too worried about that - its weigh in day, and I have a whole week to claw it back, and I can honestly say that all my syns today were delicious, so we'll start again tomorrow and keep going! :rotfl:
Tomorrow's plan is:
B: Cheese (HExA) omelette with mushrooms & tomatoes
L: Cauliflower & horseradish soup (1 syn for horseradish - I like it spicy!)Jacket potato with... something which will involve hot & spicy chicken. Maybe mixed in mayo/fromage frais with chopped cucumber, tomato, spring onion, celery, peppers & sweetcorn. Would quark work instead of the mayo/fromage frais (still haven't got my head round quark... I keep buying it to try in a specific recipe, then keeping the rest until its growing blue furry stuff in the fridge, before moving it to the bin :wall: - would love to develop that natural, effortless, "chuck it in", ability, if you know what I mean!)?
HExB: Probably a hi-fi bar - treated myself to new flavours at class this morning (rocky road and double chocolate). Now I have all six flavours sitting on the side...
Have a great Friday, everyone!

Can I ask a question about tinned fruit eg mandarins in juice. According to the book they are free, but then a colleague said I couldn't have the juice... is that right? How many syns would it be if I did?? thank you. Weigh in tomorrow so will be interesting to see how I've done in my first week.I'm not a failure if I don't make it, I'm a success because I :tried!0

Have just put mandarins into the WLP and it has come up with
Mandarins - free
Mandarins (canned in juice) per 100g - 2
Mandarins (canned in syrup) per 100g - 3
So I guess you do have to count the juice if you don't drain them...
Good luck for weigh in tomorrow!
