Lantanna - Australia for your 40th would be amazing and certainly gives you a target to work toward. Would love to go to Australia but don't think I'll ever be able to afford it now I've retired.
Denise
Thats why I'm planning on going for my 4oth I've always wanted to go but the whole youth hostel thing never appealed to me. I will probably only get to go the once so seems like a good time to do it. And now I have holidayed alone I know I will be happy enough to go on my own and enjoy it.0 -
No family in Australia Maman, just always wanted to go and go in style really so my 40th seems like a good opportunity to do it!
Seems strange talking about 40 lol, 38 in a few weeks. Plenty of time to save and what better way to celebrate your 4oth!
- 3 for me please, would need a loss like that every week. But least thats a good start to the challenge.
Off to Nandos tonight to catch up with a friend. Will be on plan, hopefully I can resist getting some chips but if not it wont be the end of the world.0 -
Stuck to plan 100% yesterday. Determined today is going to be good too.

Lantanna, Tad jealous of you going to Australia for your 40th. Mine is in just over 6 weeks, and hubby is organising it. Think it is a night in a hotel that has a spa. Nice but not AustraliaZebras rock0 -

Was the bread you had 4.5 Syns per slice? If so, you got it right!

Hi, everyone, this will be my Friday menu plan...

Dinner.. salmon salad S/W chips banana.
Extra f f yoghurt. 2 crispbreads/ butter 5 syns
8 syns.

Back from weigh in and pleased with a -2½lbs loss this week (so that's last week's 3lb gain nearly gone - I'll get that last pesky ½lb next week!
).
Skipped the banana for breakfast this morning - the raspberries and blueberries needed eating (they were another yellow sticker bargain yesterday, but weren't going to last, whereas the banana will live to fight another day...:rotfl:). Also had a homemade cheesey biscuit with my soup for lunch - worked out the syns and the recipe was 88 syns(), but it did make 27 biscuits, so will syn at 3½ each which is not bad, because they are a good size and lovely and cheesey (one was enough to get my "fix"!). Should say at this stage that my Mum made the biscuits for a WI "competition" last night, and we only have the leftovers that didn't go to her meeting, so there are not lots of cheesey biscuits hanging around, thank goodness!!
Lovely afternoon here, and its my day off, so might venture out for a walk... Body magic, here I come!
