Good morning everyone, nice weather again:)
I am very disappointed at my weigh in this morning 2lb gain !!!!!
My little indiscretions have certainly caught up with me. I think I will have a break from s/w maybe I need one I know it's my own fault, I can't blaim the plans, it's the ones doing it and having odds and sods they shouldn't be having
I hope everyone else has done better than me
I will be back0 -

Oh,I am such a doofus (after 6 years at SW ).I mentioned last week that the food directory listed "Wholemeal bread,800g loaf:
- 1 medium slice 4 syns,
-1 thick slice 5 syns".
So here has been me thinking about the fact that there is some variation in thickness within a loaf of bread.Only now, while writing this post to Lois, have I realised it is talking about the 2 different thickness you can buy the loaves:med/thick.Not the variation within a loaf:rotfl::rotfl:.
Is it the weekend,yet?
:rotfl:
You counted too many syns for your Heb then, as the total for 2 slices is 8, and you can allow 6* for your Heb, which means you need to add on 2.
* This is based on the advice in the book that if you choose a shop bought sandwich that is made with wholemeal bread, you can subtract 6 syns and count it as your Heb.

Good morning!
1.5 off todayDelighted with that.
Made a big batch of mushy pea curry that I've had for three days running. The other Tops are unimpressed, but, it's working!
Today -
B - Fruit and yoghurt
D - Ham and egg salad with new potatoes and cottage cheese (2)
T - SW spaghetti bolognese
Options later on. No wine syns tonightas I have a busy day tomorrow but I shall have some tomorrow to unwind instead!
Hope you're all well.0 -
Morning everyone,
Reporting in with a 2lb loss please Shala. I'm really pleased as that's last weeks gain cleared. Just need to keep on plan now.
B: Cup of Tea with HEx A milk
L: HM Cauli and Horseradish soup, melon, FF Yog & berriesOmelette with lots of veg. Need to check the fridge to see what we have.
Snacks : I have a banana and hifi bars in my bag if I get peckish.
DH is working late tonight & is allowed to buy food on expenses. He offered to bring home a KFC and I declined. Feeling virtuous10lb to lose & keep off in 20204.5lb/10lb:rotfl:0 -
Morning all
Just a quick post to report in with a gain of 1lb.
To say I'm not happy would be an understatement, but that's less of a gain than my mid week sneaky peak which is some consolation.
I'm going to go over my tracker for the last week to see where I've gone wrong. Catch you later.

One day in early 2007,my partner said to me "You're turning 40 later this year, aren't you? What do you think you would like for your birthday?"
I said that I thought a family holiday to Oz would be fantastic, maybe spend my actual birthday in a glass-bottom boat on the Great Barrier Reef (having flown into Sydney to visit family!).
His response: "Hmmmm.That's not a £40 HMV gift-card,like I was thinking" :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Lol!!!!! Def not a £40 gift card!!! Hope you spent it wisely!
Poor old HMV those where the days!
Kathryn I wasnt able to resist the Nandos Chips either. But since it was weigh day and I can now consider my treat out of the way for the rest of the week.
You have no luck Mrs Ryan
The number of times I have left something on the hob and it has been on Maman and yet I never learn!
Thank goodness for Friday, cant wait to get home and relax. Weather is still strangely amazing here and then come Monday it will be full on interview prep. Not doing much this weekend, just relaxing really. We have a big agricaultural / farming show on next weekend (its better than it sounds lol) so I will be going to that next saturday and the week after that I'm in Dublin for Take That so this weekend needs to be low key i.e spending nothing lol.
Have had my eggs on toast (forgot my laughing cows today : ( ), have fruit and yogurt for lunch and will pick up some cold meats or something and think dinner will be some sort of curry.0 -
That's disappointing LL. Hopefully you'll be able to see where you went wrong - if indeed you did. It may just be the change from SW to WW and next week your body will be more used to WW.
Congratulations to all the losers and hugs for those who gained.
Had a text from my consultant this morning to say how pleased she was for me yesterday! Think it's only about the 3rd time she's ever texted me in nearly 7 years!
Today's plan:
B - scrambled eggs on toast
L - jacket potato, tuna mayo (1 syn for LTL mayo); salad
D - fish pie; peas, green beans; strawberries, grapes, banana; Vanilla quark (0.5)
HEA - milk
HEB - bread
Syns - LTL mayo 1; quark 0.5; cheese sauce 4
Won't have any more syns today as had 2 days worth last night! If I carry on like this I'll but this week's loss back on this week, LOL!
