Have had to change my planned dinner for tonight as was unable to get any liver at the butchers. Had planned on making some faggots and had already got the pork mince out so have had to find something different to do with it.

    So today's plan is now:

B - boiled eggs; HEB bread; butter 2 syns
    L - ham salad, pickles
D - pork & potato bake. It's a Jamie Oliver member recipe. Not tried it before as don't usually buy pork mince. Just hope it's nice as it works out at 2 syns per portion.

    HEA - milk
    HEB - bread
Syns - 4 planned as above

I always remember a quote from Slimming World magazine from over 25 years ago.

Nothing tastes as good as being slim feels!

I can only assume that quote was from a teetotaller who has never eaten lasagne, fish and chips, pizza, pate, crisps, cheese, chocolate, etc etc etc :o

Still on plan ish but finding this heat is turning me to ice cream and peanuts of all things - enemies of SW!

Still happy with a -1lb Shala - clearly the snacking is counteracted by the extreme lack of wine.

B/D - Savoury mince stew and an apple

T - Salmon and something, probably new potatoes and salad

BM - none. I can take naff all for my hayfever and feel dreadful so I'm spending the day sitting by the fan

HEXA - 3 baby bel lights
    HEXB- Alpen lights

Syns - peanuts and icecream :D

Hope you're all well. The days are dragging and flying at the same time here. Scan on 11th July :o

Well done on the loss Top girl. Not long till the scan now. Is that the 20 week one? Are you finding out if it's a top son or top daughter?

When I was pregnant the doc prescribed me a nasal spray for my hayfever. Not as good as the tablets, but it did work a bit.

Thank you! Every little helps :)

This is just 12 weeks. Seems to be taking forever! Yes, we'll be finding out in August/September. Makes sense as we have a 2 bedroomed semi atm so may need to move or convert...

I'm using prevalin which doesn't seem to be doing much. A trip back to the GP is in order I think.
