Still warm here but a bit cooler than it has been.

It's too warm for eating anything heavy so today's plan is:

    B - Honey Monster Puffs - HEB/part HEA
L - egg salad with pickles
D - BBQ pork, pepper & onion skewers, maybe some more salad as well

    HEA - milk
    HEB - cereal
Syns - small glass of wine 5

I second that, I've felt so uncomfortable in this heat - my thighs have are rubbing together its horrible  I really have to get my bum in gear and get this weight off - 9 weeks until I go away and I'll cry if I am still in this state by then and nothing fits .. but there'll be no tears because I will be lovely and slim and feeling fab about myself :T :T :T

Made the decision to go to group, it was going to be tomorrow but money's tight until I get paid on friday - so I'll be starting next week instead. Really looking forward to going, meeting new people and getting some hints & tips (and finally trying some hi fi bars) but also super duper nervous. I hope everyone will be nice there and the consultant will be a good one as it's the only group I can get to

Well done decidng to go back to group, candyapple.I get alot out of going to group.Yes,we all feel nervous walking in the first time, but you will find everyone is so friendly.

I have probably gone way over syns today.Since weigh-in last night,I have really had the munchies,I haven't done a proper grocery shop for about 3 weeks,so supplies are running down............

    Breakfast: 2 apricots,1 apple,1 nectarine

No lunch, but lots of water as I was working

Tea: hamburger with white bread roll (7 syns),Sainsbury BGTY hamburger (1/2 syn),onion, tomato, beetroot, cheese (2 syns).Served with SW chips

    Snack: handful of cherry tomatoes

    Snack: coconut yoghurt (1/2 syn)

    Snack: 2 hifi bars

Snack: rice cake (2.5 syns) and packet of Wotsits (4.5 syns)

Actually, writing it out,I haven't gone as far over syns as it felt like I had.But I must keep an eye on syns for a few days now.Far too much grazing on the wrong stuff since last night's weigh-in.

AND....I have been letting the water intake slip as well.Have only had about a litre of water.Started well this morning, but life got in the way once I got home and family life took over icon_rolleyes.gif.

    Nearly 25 minutes brisk walking.

Well done Shiprob, SaverUpper and WJN on your losses, and thank you Shala for the chart.

Knew I would have a gain this week after my birthday celebrations. 2.5lb on, but I really thought it could have been worse.

Feeling really positive though at the moment with my weight loss. Starting to feel a little thinner and have more energy.
Determined to have a good week, and I should get my bronze body magic next week.

    Today's plan:
    Breakfast - yogurt and fruit
    Lunch - cheese salad
    Dinner - frittata
Snacks - strawberries, cherries, cereal bars

    HA - milk and cheese
    HB - cereal bars
Syns - none planned, but might have some extra cheese on the frittata this evening

Body magic - aiming for 6000 steps and 10 active minutes
    Zebras rock

I always remember a quote from Slimming World magazine from over 25 years ago.

Nothing tastes as good as being slim feels!

I have been overweight now for years, but I'm now 2 stone more overweight now than I was then.
