    Monday afternoon weigh in I lost 1 1/2 lbs
    This coming week might not be so successful! I'm off out this evening.
    An all you can eat charity Curry evening........ and Saturday is a very good friends 40th birthday drinks.

    OH!!! And I am just 14 pounds from my target

    Good evening another hot day, but I m not complaining as we don't get enough of sunny and warm weather in the U K

    My menu for Tuesday will be...

    Breakfast..museli A/B mixed berries.

    Lunch ..Cheese A toastie 6 syns salad, beetroot Apple.

    Dinner..chicken B new potatoes, peas,haricot beans.s/f jelly 0.5 syns.

    Extra..2 finger dark kit Kat 5.05 syns.

    Todays food
    Breakfast
    2 chicken drumsticks and 2 peaches(not your normal breakfast)
    Lunch
    Speed salad with chicken and 2 boiled eggs
    Tea
    Gammon and pineapple with speed salad, mushrooms and onions
    Slice wholemeal bread from small loaf

    Mixed chopped fruit with muller light
    About 26 gallons of water/sugar free juice:rotfl::rotfl:
