Morning all, lovely day here weather wise. Not so go on the WI, plus .4lb. Not much I know but annoying just the same. I'm feeling very bloated at the moment and not sure what's causing it. Light diet today and see what happens.
Have a great weekend all :AIts not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Don't think I posted my menu yesterday but made the chemoula chicken from the EE book which DH cooked on the BBQ. It was absolutely gorgeous. Had it with vegetable kebabs. Was very filling. Will definitely do it again.
Today's plan:
B - SW fry up
L - fruity couscous, full of chopped up Speed foods
D - burger & salad; WM pitta as HEB. I know it's not officially but you can take a few liberties when you're at target:D. Can't see why it shouldn't count though as it is 60g of wholemeal bread.
HEA will be milk in tea; but have to say not been having the full amount each day since we've been having the hot weather; mainly drinking lots of squash with the occasional black coffee.
HEB - 60g pitta
Syns - not sure but may open another bottle of wine:D
Congratulations on the new job Lantanna.
Belated birthday greetings Kathryn.

The ‘dognut’ peaches are getting smaller and smaller!
Congrats on the new job, lantanna. It sounds really interesting.
Thanks, the peaches are in some packs, but saying that the smaller ones seem to have 5/6 in where as the bigger ones have 4 in, i was looking carefully and choosing wisely this morning:rotfl::rotfl: also the offer is extended till 5/7:T:T:TSealed pot challenge number 003 £350 for 2015, 2016 £400 Actual£345, £400 for 2017 Actual £500:T:T £770 for 2018 £1295 for 2019:j:j spc number 22 £1,457Stopped Smoking 22/01/15:D:D::dance::dance:- 5 st 1 1/2lb :dance:0 -
Change of plan for lunch. DH didn't fancy the couscous so we had ham salad instead. DH had his in a sandwich and I had mine on a plate.

Another STS for me.
Haven't been great on the food front, some days on plan followed by a few indulgences. Luckily I've been really active so haven't gained anything.
Must up my game to actually make some progress.
Good luck to all xWeight loss 2017/2018 - 49 lbs0 -

Morning all.
Missed posting for weigh in on Friday so 1/2lb off for me this week losing the same I gained last week. Busy few days ahead so I'm hoping I can stick to plan. We've booked another few days away in 4 weeks so I'd like to lose at least 1lb a week till then.
Congrats to the losers and commiserations to the plodders0 -
