    STS for me.

    I'm glad the weather has warmed up much easier for salads and loads of water .

    Hope everyone is enjoying the sunshine.

    Definitely agree with this, I love the hot weather for making me want to eat salad :T

    So much water drunk today too I'll probably be up half the night :D

    I don't like salad (rabbit food) ;)

    Its going to be hot again tomorrow going to be melting and limping again in work.

    Limping because work trainers make my feet ache we got to wear them though grr.

    For my tea I had veg curry. Boiled loads different veg and poured over a SW curry sauce loved it should have taken a pic but didn't think plus I was hungry :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    Another hot day here. Have only just got on the laptop as been in the garden all day except when I've been doing meals!!! Had DD & her partner down for lunch and dinner today. Would have had a BBQ but had already told her it was going to be a roast lamb dinner which she loves! She prefers that to a BBQ.

    So today's food has been:

    B - SW fry up
    L - ham salad plus 3 mini cravings - 1.5 syns
    D - roast lamb dinner

    HEA - milk, although not much as not drunk much tea today. Been drinking mainly squash and diet tonic.
    HEB - not had anything yet but may have some Honey Monster Puffs later. I like to just have them in a bowl and eat like popcorn.

    No wine syns either today so think I've probably pulled back all the syns I've been over so far this week.
