I haven't eaten very SW-ly at all today.A combination of being too hot,and also being a bit naughty and not wanting to eat too much before weigh-in tonight.Iwas not expecting a 2.5lb loss :j.

    Today's menu:

    Breakfast: 2 slices thick wholemeal toast (HEB+5 syns,I think),with marg (1 syn)

No lunch (I don't often hve lunch when I am working ,and cetainly wouldn'y have it when I get home, about 2 hours before weighing -in.

Snack: caramel rice cake (2.5 syns)

    Snack: nectarine

    Tea: bacon,eggs,sweet potato,3 hash browns

So far have had 1650 ml water

Have made lots of cup of tea,but only drank about 1/2 of them,so not much of HEX A used today

I looked terrible in a pale blue pair of cropped trousers today, tight wasn't the word, it was disgusting.
I still can't fit into holiday clothing so need to up my game!
Plus the hot weather makes you realise being overweight you do suffer more.
    Sadly.......

Well done Kathrynha and well done everyone with your losses big hugs to those who have STS or gained and thanks Shala once again for the chart.:T:T:T

I hope everyone is enjoying the hot weather I keep very much in the shade but I do like it warm and not raining or windy , and definately no snow and ice now, that I do hate. How folk can go to places in the snow skiing for a holiday is beyond me , it's far too cold.:rotfl::rotfl:

  • Well done kathrynha for being SOTW :T

It feels a bit cooler here today thankfully, I do like the sun but too much of it and I start to feel a bit fed up - I'm a redhead so burn quite easily although I have a tiny bit of tan from the weekend plus freckles :D

I've been bitten off something in the garden as well on the back of each thigh I'm not happy it's so bloomin itchy

curl girl I am the same re holiday clothes I tried a few pairs of shorts & cropped trousers on last week and they looked horrible and were so uncomfortable, need to get myself motivated!

    Morning,

Know I'm going to have to work really hard for it though!
