OOh Bubbs - that looks delicious - I must add that to my mealplan for next week, which funnily enough i'm about to look at.
a 3.5lb LOSS for me this week and got slimmer of the week, and my stone award so really pleased with that - and slightly embarrassed at group. I hadn't expected that much although in fairness I stuck to the plan like glue. Hope you all have had a good week.
    I'm not a failure if I don't make it, I'm a success because I :tried!

Sorry for the leave of absence lol, I'm back now. Happy belated birthday Kathyrn. Hope you are well.

Been a crazy busy couple of weeks and been off plan. Only got back on yesterday.

Back to group on Monday night to rejoin and back to the gym tomorrow.

I got a new job (finally) so I've been busy doing interviews, handing in my notice and dealing with the backlash from that lol.

Off to work for a charity that supports disabled people into work so I'm looking forward to a nice change and greater job satisfaction.

Just have to get through my 5 weeks notice period first!

Congrats Lantanna, hope you'll be happier now :A

    Belated happy Birthday Kathryn :bdaycake:

Going back to ActiMist - OH MY EYES  turns out I'm allergic so the skin round my eyes is inflamed and so sore :( At the moment I'm just bathing the area with cold water and cold compresses. Feeling so depressed at the moment :(
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T
