A bit cooler this morning but feeling very pleasant. Much as I like the hot weather I really don't like the humidity and there has been plenty of that!
Today's plan:
B - Honey Monster puffs, milk (HEB/part HEA)
L - not sure whether we'll be out or back home (DH has hospital appt - should find out if he can drive the motorhome at last!)
D - fish pie. Going to try to buy some cottage cheese today to use as the sauce if not 4 syns. Will have some veg of some sort apart from the peas in the pie!
HEA - milk
HEB - cereal
Syns - wine 15 syns + ?

Hello
I've been AWOL this week. We had an Ofsted inspection at work and our person who is in control of this was away on holiday. I've had to step in to help with part of it. I don't think I've ever been so stressed. Consequently....
+2lb this week
I actually didn't think I'd been that bad & my ankles are so swollen with the heat. Hopefully most of the gain is temporarily on my ankles
Well done to all the losers this week.
Ruthy10lb to lose & keep off in 20204.5lb/10lb:rotfl:0 -
No Joy today. Shala I have STS a bit disappointed as I have had more salads. But I know I don't have enough veg, never mind speed. But I will plod on Hugs to everyone losers or not.:).
It's raining here, a fine drizzle that wets you through Ugh! :mad:0 -
Morning all,
Flying visit as I'm meant to be working...
-2lbs for the chart please Shala - which brings me back to 1lb over target. As I'm away for a week in 3 weeks which no doubt will be eaty and drinky I'd like to back at bottom of target by then.
Well done Bubbs and Denise.

I know what you mean about swollen ankles (and feet), mine have been horrible this week, today is the first day that they've looked normal all week.0 -
Happy Friday!
The nausea seems *touch wood* to be subsiding. I still get the tea time queasiness but am just having water and ginger pastilles (no idea of the syns, counting them as medicine) and eating a bit later.
B - Bacon, egg and tomato sandwich (HEXB)
D - Jacket potato with cheese, beans and salad (HEXA)
T - Slow cooker beef chow mein.
BM - mooch to Asda once the washing machine has been delivered and fitted
Syns - so far 2 mini gingerbread men (4). Maybe a frozen aero mousse later (4.5). Not saving up for wine is weird...0 -
Hi everyone. Weighed in this morning -1LB I'm now at the bottom of target range. YAY!
Doubt I'll weigh next week as I'd really like to drop another couple of LBS before my trip where I will inevitably gain
Like Wiz's weather, it's drizzly and cool here but at least I can crack on with the ironing I've been putting off because of the heat.
Enjoy your weekends xx0 -
Well done MM. It's good to be at bottom end before a holiday as gives you 6lb to play with while you're away.
Bit of BM this morning wandering round a shopping centre near the hospital. Only really wanted to go as I needed something from the Range which is there.
DH has been given the all clear to drive now so once the motorhome has been serviced and MOT at the beginning of next month we'll be off for a short break to test everything out. Can't wait!

....Creeps in MIA. After a fortnight away 7.5lbs on. It was so bad that the trousers I was wearing to travel wouldn't fit!!!

It's been so hot that I haven't felt like eating much. However I can't seem to get enough of fat free yoghurt with various fruits. Ooh and chilled chopped up melon straight from the fridge has been glorious. Better than in ice cream any day!
How this will translate to the scales is anyone's guess. Too much fruit and sugar?
We shall see on Saturday...
Good luck to everyone who is still plodding along trying to shift this weight. It would certainly be more comfortable being a few pounds lighter in this hot weather xWell done Bubbs and all the rest of the losers hope I lose tomorrow even if it's only half a pound I just think of half a pound of bacon lol
My menu for Friday is...
Breakfast.. shredded wheat A/B raspberries.
Lunch.. mushroom soup , 2 buttered Ryvita 6 syns, banana.
Dinner bacon B omellette s/w chips. Tomato, beetroot, jelly 0.5 syns.
Extra.. f f yoghurt. Strawberries. A milk in brews. Pkt crisps 5 syns.

I will post any loss I may have tomorrow fingers crossedSaver-upper wrote: »I have been feeling absolutely exhausted today.Came home from taking the kids to their swimming lesson,[STRIKE]told[/STRIKE] suggested to my partner that he might like to cook tea (When I say "cook tea",I produced a jar of sauce to stir through some pasta),and went to bed.I did get up for tea,but then went back to bed until about 10pm .
I have been feeling out of sorts for a few days.Just feel like running away, really.
Anyway,my life being what it is,today I had absolutely nothing to eat until 3.30pm .I was about to sit down to lunch at about 3,and the second I sat down,my moody 15yo phoned, asking where I was .She had been expecting I was picking her up from school. So I went to pick her up from school......(fortunately my 10yo was later able to confirm that I had told moody 15yo that I would not be able to pick her up.I knew I wasn't going mad.....)
Enough of my rant.
