Morning all, am not a happy bunny as ANOTHER half ON  (I hate my scales ) in other news my skinny 10s feel slightly looser  (need a confused emoji). Actually feel less bloated than usual too. Also confessing to not drinking ANY water last couple of days and even emptied my bottle before going home. Got told off by my job share (also doing SW) :o

Talking of work, was supposed to be out on a trip next Friday but have been "allowed" to stay for training instead (insert fainting emoji) jobshare going instead :rotfl: (she doesn't mind as it's overtime for her). Quite looking forward to next week now :D

Have a good weekend all :A

Bubbs - can't see why they wouldn't work with Frylight. Might not be quite as crisp as they'd be with oil but think they'd be OK. Worth a try. Don't forget they'd only be free is you have them as part of a meal.

    Today's plan:

B - loads of fruit, quark, 1 Hifi salted caramel light
L - ham, fried up LO veg & potatoes. Will also add some beansprouts from freezer for a bit of crunch
D - cottage pie with lots of added veg; cabbage

HEA - milk throughout the day
HEB - 2 Hifi light salted caramel
Syns - none planned as went well over yesterday!

    Denise

Now im confused why they would only be free if part of a meal? is it because of fry light?

    Good morning all,

Yet another STS for me. Is this the last week of the challenge or do I have one more week to make a difference?

I seem to be surviving on yoghurt and fruit so maybe this is not enough food if you know what I mean?

I've been very active and drinking loads of water. I'm so keen to get into some lovely clothes that I have but just not getting there yet. On the positive side, I'm in quite a good SW mindset at the moment and not currently tempted by anything bad. Think it's the hot weather.

    Good luck all x
Its till the 2nd i believe, does sound to me you are not eating enough

No. It's because you would be eating it as a snack like eating a packet of crisps. Seems daft I know but that's how my consultant describes it.

Fruit is free as long as it isn't mashed or cooked. Eg a mashed banana is 5 syns but a whole or sliced one is Free.

A whole apple is free but a cooked one (250g) is 6 syns or HEB.

I don't pretend to understand why but it's the way SW see things so it's one of those things we just have to accept.

  • Evening all!

WI today & I've lost 1lb . I'm pleased with that, especially as we went away last weekend & with the weather drank more than I would have normally done.

I'm also away next weekend so will need to focus if I'm to reach my target.

As far as exercise is concerned I've been swimming & started tonight walking with my weighted belt....can believe how heavy I'm finding it yet it's 1/6 of what I've lost....very scary!

Haven't really got a menu for tonight so may go for a roll as I'm not really hungry though have got a chicken dinner tomorrow
