Good morning everyone. Up early this morning as the bedroom was really light as the sun was shining and that was about 6 o'clock.

Yesterday didn't go quite to plan and ended up on 15 syns so still got 9 to pull back during the week, completely doable as long as DH doesn't open another bottle of wine!!!

    Today's plan:

    B - SW fryup
L - ham salad sandwich; HEB + 0.5 (1 Tbs LTL mayo instead of spread)
D - roast lamb, roast potatoes, roast onions & peppers, green veg of some sort of green veg, sugar free mint sauce

    HEA - milk
    HEB - bread
Syns - LTL mayo 0.5; hopefully nothing else!

They aren't really 10s but do say it on the label. I do have a pair of 'proper' 10s but can't get them past my thighs :rotfl:.
I also can't wear them at work as with all the up and down (floor sitting) I end up with builders bum so constantly hoiking them up :rotfl:
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Thanks, I may eventually get my head around it all..

For breakfast/dinner, I thought I would be posh so did chopped tomatoes with black pepper and some chickpeas (no idea what which category these fit into!) and dropped a egg in to poach it..... it did not work! but hey ho I ate it......... needs must!

I weighed myself this morning, I am significantly over what I thought I would be weight wise... no wonder my really fat clothes no longer fit.......:p:p:p ......:(:(:(

I think it will take me a week to get to know the ins and outs... apologies until then!) from the looks of everyone's posts, planning ahead appears to be the secret.... I will have to figure out weekly list and stick to it for a while.... then tweak!

Any suggests for food on the go will be greatly appreciated (I work long hours and tend to live in my car) or I may end up looking like a bag of carrot sticks! lol
