For sure moving tariff has improved my discounts now getting same as you although before I had the odd one more than you %wise.. Others must check.. I trust your watching for new tarrif releases too lol

This has a 20% discount for 7 days worth of electricity in my case.
Put in a online ticket/request to change my tariff to the latest one nearly two weeks ago.  Never got a reply so will chase them up on the phone.  Goes to show the "Contact Us" part of the website is a waste of time.

I did it only when I was sure it was cheaper I phoned and once they checked for sure it was cheaper for me it was done next day so should be fine on the phone

Powershops legendary customer service may be affected by Covid 19 and staff having to work from home. Keep trying as the discounts do seem better on 2020 issue 1 though the packs may be smaller( mine was for 4days electricity).

This is what I got for this month.
1 x Little Extra Pack @ 21.5% for equivalent of 3 day electricity
1 x Simple Saver Pack @ 19.4% for equivalent of 3 days electricity
1 x Jumbo Pack @ 8.2% for equivalent of 7 days electricity
2 x October Future Packs @ 14% (each one equivalent to 6 days electricity)

No May Day pack this year perhaps a VE pack next week.                                                                       My offerings were same as Equites except Little Extra only 15.3% for 4days electricity. This pack is usually designed to cover the standing charge which according to the tariff information for the 2020 issue 1 tariff they only promise a 15% discount to achieve Top Shopper. However they do promise a 26% Average discount on baseline over the year for all other packs. I’ve only achieved 24% so far but I know they offer better discounts in winter ( eg winter shaker packs).

I asked PS at he end of April if I was on the Cheapest Price available and they told me I was.
Today's May Day special is only giving me a 20% discount (Cost £24.00, value £29.99).
Question:
Is there anyone on this list who lives in the "Yorkshire" region and got a better discount than 20% on the May Day offer?

Next Question:
Where, on-line,  can I actually see my Tariff?
