Shame about Vat       However  I did a quick check on your figures assuming you didn’t include Vat and came up with the following comparison figures including Vat @5%

    5777 day @ 15.7 = £906.99(new) or £941.07(old) saving £34.08
    4317 night@ 8.38 = £361.76(new) or £357.45(old) loss £4.32
    daily charge 21.06 x 365 = £76.87 or £76.54(old) loss £0.33
        2020 v1 Tariff  Cost £1345.62.       Old Tariff Cost £1375.06
    Net saving £29.44

Not a lot but slightly better than your estimate

Thank you.  Hopefully in real terms even more as I assume I will use more with having kids all at home for atleast another month would be my guess.. And yes you are right a saving is still a saving and given its getting almost impossible to improve my day/night split without it affecting life in a disposal way I'm happy with any saving and sure less hassle than if they made me move and move back. Just need to watch for when they bring out new tariffs now incase there is one that can benefit anyone more than what we have already now we know this can be done so easy. Thanks again 😊
  • Easter Feast Special Pack available today. Exactly the same size as the Rainbow Rays pack about 2days power but with slightly less discount @ 30%.
  • Only 20% for me!

  • Check which tariff you’re on. If the 2020 issue 1 tariff is cheaper in your area you can change to it as there are no exit fees.

30% for me also.. But around 6 days worth for price of 4
  • I'm in Yorkshire and consume, on a single meter, approx 10,000 kWh per year, how does that compare with those of you who got 30%?
I paid £25.47 for £31.84's "Worth" of Power.
I have contacted customer support to request  "The best price".

Yes also now on 2020 issue 1...
    It also the e7 version.
    5777kw day  and 4317kw night
Using around 30kw a day ish this month (may well go back up now kids back in home school hours today so on laptops) .. Down from 37.1 kw a day last month.  £21.94 worth £31.34
To find best tarrif simply plug your details in powershop website without logging in.. Just mind its figures don't include vat when comparing to your own tariff so pick the exclude when looking at your tariff online for direct comparison.. if it suggests the new one is cheaper for you.
