    Hi Fewkeste,
I'm a dual fuel user in the East Midlands region. My gas consumption is 15,000kw
and Electricity is 3,500kw of which 1,500 is E7.
Hopefully you will get your wish for Baseline to be reduced. Wholesale energy prices have fallen considerably and the energy Price Cap ( Which Baseline is set at ) is likely to be cut in October by the Regulator. Of course Powershop may reduce it before then anyway.

Given what Future Packs you were offered, considering you are a dual fuel customer, although the % discount was good, the amount of discounted credit you could buy is pretty poor.

I have also been with PS since October 2018.

For me the Gas prices they offered were non-competitive, so I'm with seperate suppliers....

The Discounted "Advance" on offer to me for November and December are:

    November - 2 x 34% discount (6 Days use) Cost £22.12, worth £35.12
    December - 2 x 30% discount (7 Days use) Cost £24.11. worth £34.35

For information, My Electric consumption is 10.000 kWh and Gas ids 30,000 kWh

The little extra packs seem to have increased considerably in value since I left. They were dreadful when I was a customer. Powershop baseline is basically npower standard variable now it seems

Very interesting - I'll do another energyhelpline search to find npower.

So, the influence of the parent company is being seen - just as we postulated might happen.

Same here for North Scotland, Powershop Baseline matches the Npower Standard Variable rate.

Going by the Which? Energy Switch comparison site, Powershop are 12th place - Together Energy (Let's Get Together Variable rate) are 1st and in my scenario are over £100 cheaper. Food for thought and time to read up on how good Together Energy are.

You won't be able to here!

But you will be able to read up on how bad they are.

You said you'd completed your first year. Have Powershop put you on a new tariff yet and if so what is it please?
I was with Together energy from October 2017 till April 2018 and they simply ignored the meter readings I sent regularly and couldn't produce an accurate bill. It took several months after I left to resolve despite my sending them photographic proof of the meter readings.

Powershop put me on what they call "Top Shopper Elec 2019 Version 2".
    Here are the rates...

    UNIT RATE
    Baseline Unit Rate = 18.65 p/kWh
    Top Shopper Elec 2019 V2 Rate = 14.73 p/kWh

    DAILY CHARGE
