today one of the travelling pounds is off on its travels so I’m down to 12st 1lb. I’m clueless as to how that happened as I was pretty much mainlining sugar all week. Recovery is going well but may have been somewhat impeded by shouting and gesticulating at the super Saturday games.
apart from that, little else of note is happening. I’m trying to navigate client year ends but motivation is an issue. Today I am grateful forGood vibes, good wishes and prayers
