Oh beanie, isn’t it ridiculous but I’d sooner money went on stuff he wants. Btw, his ps was “no need to check, I’m on the nice list”
yesterday progress was made but there’s still lots to do. I didn’t venture out but both my friend and I have click and collect items to get from the same shopping centre so we are hoping to coordinate and grab a coffee. Some Christmas shopping was done on line, I really need to get into the general present stash and to start matching gifts to people. I had a lengthy chat with ds yesterday and some more items are due to leave the house. 1 that will help a niece avoid buying stuff for Christmas, 3 that will go to the charity shop and some we will take with us on Friday that he would like. I also identified an item that has been on a shelf for more than 5 years so is going either to my sister as a stocking gift for one of hers or to the charity shop.Work wise, I have an outline plan which is good but I need to get started.
today I am grateful for
all of yesterday’s food coming from freezer or stores
a nice chat with ds

Not only do I need to ask ds for a list, I also need to ask Dd and son in law and Dh….I really haven’t got a clue this year.Enjoy London- we had a great time. Wish I’d known about the Uber taxi boat before our last day.January spends - £587.584

Thanks Milann, I hoping to get to Greenwich market on Sunday so I will hopefully use that service. Yesterday was a fair bit more productive for both my work and dh’s. Bar attendance at a preplanned meeting, one client is done and dusted until post Christmas. Yay,
another scaled back what is needed and work done over the weekend was approved. There needs to be a further push today. I also need to make a withdrawal from a savings pot to cover costs of our weekend away and various other spends.Right, only three working days left this week so need to get on. Today I am grateful for
motivation though it may be due to the stronger anti depressants

Well, yesterday was an early start and a fairly productive day but more needs done. Today will be heavy going and quite disjointed due to lunchtime course delivery. I went to counselling yesterday and while we didn’t cover what we had intended, it was really helpful. I went to the social enterprise cafe on my way home and they have started serving Christmas dirty fries. I couldn’t resist and they were delicious though I’d say it would be equally good on mash.Yesterday we got news about a relative’s health issue. Not great but positive predictions. It’ll be January when they have surgery.
need to get moving today, lots to get done before my ridiculously early flight tomorrow.Today I am grateful for
a good counselling session
A positive health prediction

I hope all goes well for your relative and the wait doesn't stop them enjoying Christmas.
You are sounding more positive nowadays.I expect the medication helps, but it's sounding as though you have the right counsellor too. I'm so pleased to hear it.
