    Counselling sounds shambolic.
You are right we are more looked after by the NHS than most other countries.

That is absolutely shocking about the counselling.

    Hope the viewing goes well!

Pity about the house….at least you were both on the same page about it.
Enjoy your time with Dd…..nothing better than spending time with our grown up offspring 😁
I hope you get something sorted out with the appointments…..it’s not good at all 😡

  • Mr wii advises of an upwards creep this week but not enough to add a pound to my weight.  I’ll happily take that as revisiting DD’s favourite foods has been quite calorific.  I went to the talking therapies session on Thursday and, while I get that it’s early days, part of me wishes that it had cancelled again.  Half the time was spent reminding me there were only 6 sessions available and the other half on admin. As for my homework, while smiling at myself in a mirror I have to say aloud 3 things I’m grateful for.  Maybe she picked up more than I realised as I’m really not comfortable looking at myself.

On other news, work was mainly avoided.  A charity was assisted and the rugby was watched yesterday.  We went to the final dance class that was my birthday present from dh.  I want to book another 4 but I think that’ll be a tough convincing.  The money is there and works out at £20 a class per couple.  It’s also the only structured exercise we both do.

I’m glad to report that this week is a busy one so things will have to get done. Today I will get one job up to date before meeting the client tomorrow.  I also need to pay bills and issue invoices.  last week while staring blankly at a screen, i worked out that I need to get an extra 175 plus any withdrawals for bills, to end the year 15% of the way towards by pb target.  There’s still two monthly draws between now and then.

    Today I am grateful for
identifying a cheaper way to enjoy dh’s favourite takeaway
    a relatively steady weight
    my online cheerleaders
help from a friend for dh
