Yes, worth checking what the tiredness might be.

If there was a lazy porker mse badge, I’d have earned it this week. Weighed myself this morning and am up three pounds. Am also seriously behind with work and house stuff. I wish I could be more bothered. This week the carpet went down in the newly decorated bedroom. We just need to get the furniture back in to reclaim the other rooms in the house. DD gets home in just over a week and there’s no bed current accessible for her.I went to the friend’s house yesterday. It was well ventilated esp since she put something in the oven without fully removing the packaging so lots of smoke to be cleared. It was however a nice way to spend an evening. I’m glad I went. This week money was spent on new underwear taking advantage of a sparks offer and a pair of much needed black trousers. These aren’t exactly what I was after but will do as an interim fix as they were quite cheap. Car was in for a recall and emerged all shiny inside and out. I gave a new acquaintance a lift home last night and for once, didn’t have to apologise for the state of the car. I really need to keep on top of it. Today dh and I are using a soon to expire voucher for Indian afternoon tea. Apart from that, as a minimum, I need to establish a to do list.
hope everyone’s having a good weekend. Today I am grateful for

What @jwil says. You've got more than enough to cope with even with the nightmare client gone. I expect your body is telling you it's time to be kind to yourself.
I also find where there are lots of equally weighted 'urgent' things calling for my attention, it's not only hard to know where to start, but everything is about equally repulsive and a computer game will call my name instead.
Nice to have a shiny car!I think a bit of sunshine is good for frugal living. (Cranky40)

Thank you for the kind words. Btw, the nightmare client still hovers. So, yesterday we decided to use a soon to expire voucher and the experience was poor. At least dh got some food he enjoyed. I came home and had toast. Still it was nice to be out for a bit. No money was spent as the tip was as non existent as the service.
apart from checking emails, no work was done. I’m behind with some clients.
I did however get the decorated bedroom furniture ready so will hopefully get first two items in this evening. Apart from that, there’s little to report though 2 vinted items are being delisted and sent to the charity shop. I need some movement of things from the house.
am at a client this morning so need to get motoring. Today I am grateful for

Well done on getting the bedroom ready for furniture. A nice clear room is heartening.
I'm guessing you are still waiting for the nightmare client to get their act together. It's most unfair for them to hover when you could do with getting on with your life.I think a bit of sunshine is good for frugal living. (Cranky40)

An Indian afternoon tea sounded ‘interesting’ pity it wasn’t up to scratch. Think I’d rather have a normal one though even if it had had good service.
You will have the bedroom ready for your Dd……it’s surprising what a deadline can do for motivation. Don’t be hard on yourself you’ve had some tough times recently and your body needs time to process and recover.
