Looks like percentages and fractions aren’t my thing either. When explaining this to dh, I realised that with just the end of sept/ start of Oct regular transfer, we should hit that. Not much of a stretch target! I’m back to 15% at year end though if I get there, it may subsequently tumble as there’s a quarterly gas bill in January.Even so, yesterday we applied price reductions to everything on tinted, I just want things gone. After meeting my friend for coffee, I did a visit to the recycling centre with 4 items leaving plus a visit to the charity shop where 15 items of various types are now gone. We then went to do a top up shop at the neighbouring supermarket and got some whoopsied items.Today will be a heavy workday with a lunchtime meeting at a social enterprise cafe. Need to get two clients addressed plus start on a third piece. One will be contentious.Today I am grateful for

You sound busier than ever! Brilliant to hear about hitting targets earlier, and the decluttering is steady away.
I like the 'relayed contact' from your DS - I still don't know where one of my DSes is even living! We've seen him a few times but since he moved in with his girlfriend, we've not had an address. They had an offer accepted on a house together, so I expect I'll hear then.
You're inspiring me to start a new bag for charity, goodness knows there's enough stuff to fill it.I think a bit of sunshine is good for frugal living. (Cranky40)

I know just what you mean about standing concerts….I went as a guest of a friend a couple of years ago and just presumed there would be seats…..how silly was I 😵💫 totally ruined a fantastic show and it took me a good while to recover. Seated for me from now on 😂👍
The price she paid for the tickets I’m surprised there wasn’t golden thrones to sit on 😵💫😂😂.Take it easy and be kind to yourself…..love the idea of treating ourselves as toddlers with rest, good nutrition and and kind words.January spends - £587.584 -
Agree about the blood sugars. 👍
I was looking at selling some stuff on Vinted. I usually take my unwanted clothes to my local dress agency but she doesn't always take everything so the rest goes to the charity shop. How are you finding it?Finally Debt Free! - July 2016 🌟

When vinted works, it works well. It’s so much easier than the bay with the buyer sorting out postage, etc. that said, we’ve only used it for quite low value items. Equally, we’ve had some items just not shift. We reduced prices and if they haven’t gone by Monday, they are en route to the charity shop bar one that we may try on the bay.Cherry, once I drop off to the charity shop, I start another bag so that everyone can see where to abandon stuff that may otherwise just go back into cupboards or just sit around. I’m really fortunate in that one local shop is also the ni distribution centre for the charity and opens 7 days a week. Whenever the bag fills, it goes quite quickly.
yesterday, work did not progress as well as it should have. I identified what, for me, was an absolute showstopper so needed to highlight to the client. That took a while and the person was heading on holiday today and really didn’t want to be bothered. Unbelievable but their risk to manage.
today I will play catch up. It’s also DH’s office day so that will happen after I drop him off. On money news, nothing much is happening but I’ve noticed that my electric bill is a week overdue. We tried logging in last night but couldn’t. Wonder if the system is down.Today I am grateful for

The week is evaporating. I was on site yesterday and turned up half an hour early as it was 45 miles away and I was afraid of getting caught up in schools traffic. Still, better to be early than late. Meeting went quite well, which was quite surprising. I wore a dress that I’ve worn before but now wonder how I fitted into and how bad did it look as it’s far from being roomy now.So far this week, things are going out the door plus two invoices are being processed.Moneywise, I treated myself to a new go to pair of shoes in an outlet having binned their predecessors last week. I also bought one of my favourite candles with a significant discount. This may end up as a present.
I also went to buy an m&s sarnie and happened upon a number of whoopsied items. So tasty dinner last night was sorted as was breakfast today with other items going into the freezer. While I’m trying to clear the freezer, these aren’t things that will hang about.
last night, I slept the sleep of the dead but am still exhausted. I need to contact my gp but it needs to be when I’m available to take a call back. Seriously, they won’t allocate a time slot but will only try contact once. It’s hard when you work.
today I have a ten o’clock appointment and then a few pressing tasks. I’d love a nap but am trying to push through.
today I am grateful for
being able to assist a former colleague who has been helpful to me.

Work sounds as though it's going well.
I wonder if the exhaustion could be a side effect of medication, if it's recent? Of course it could be the B12 or something else.
That's not a good system with the GP, is it? Ours lets us book a ten-minute slot on the website. Yesterday the poor woman had to ring me four times before she could get a decent line, but she kept trying. Would the pharmacy be able to suggest anything?

Work continues, tiredness continues as does the heat. Was contacted on Thursday by a painter who is available next week. This weekend will be a blind panic clearing the room. We will then book the carpet fitter for the carpet purchased in April or may. Things will be frantic with lots of laundry required and more rain en route. One of my sisters has offered to help but the room is in such a state, I wouldn’t be comfortable with that. Time to make a list I think. Right, really need to get moving as I can’t afford to miss the slot with the painter.
