While I love my dog dearly, I wouldn’t try to rehome a dog when things are so changeable. There are too many variables. Yesterday I fed the car and was able to pick up one on offer item for dh and one whoopsied item for me. Dinner was from the fridge so spends were low yesterday. I also remembered to double check my credit card statement and this month’s payment went through. I did not pursue the delayed payment despite it costing me interest plus a late payment fee. I have no evidence of when I made payment.Apparently my client may get some adverse media coverage today which is worrying. I’m so close to declaring that I have had enough. If it’s not one thing, it’s another.Right, before I hit full whingefest mode, I will go.

Something like this situation of a member/members of staff undermining you has happened before, hasn't it? How did it resolve last time?
I hope the adverse publicity didn't materialise.
Sorry to hear it's so wearisome. When you think how hard you've worked and what you've had to cope with over the lockdown and before, it must be exhausting. Is the new admin still on board? Having someone who does a good job and does it professionally and in alliance with you must bode well.

well I am now listening to our local shock jock radio station every day for the service user’s story. It does nothing for my peace of mind as I normally consciously avoid such programmes to avoid getting riled by either the story or the presenter.Yesterday I checked my bank account and my recent pb win was there along with the £75 goodwill gesture over the car fiasco in March. That’s two months of the increase to my savings (offset) account to reach my year end target. I will be cashing out £10 sb and have £20 in PayPal from prolific so just another £20 needed and that will be another month which will get me to halfway.Yesterday work was work. Today I have a meeting that I’m not looking forward to but is a necessary evil.Right I need to get moving. Hope everyone has a wonderful end to the working week.

Hope the story didn't materialise or wasn't too bad. Hope you've had a good weekend x"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee4
