I was speaking to a former colleague and friend who recently went out on their own. They are turning over in one quarter what I achieved in a year. I need to structure my business better.

Can you duplicate what methods they are using?

    Have a good Saturday.

The former colleague is based in Dublin where he can attract higher fees. We’re talking about collaboration.
Today my bs is up again. Not by much but I can’t understand how. My weekly weigh in showed a 2 lb loss. It doesn’t stack up. Happily though I’m back to being overweight. How weird a sentence is that!

Today we have lots that needs done but the kitchen has been sorted which is good.

    Today I am grateful for

So, blood sugar has continued to climb. I’m annoyed. I feel that I might as well eat mars bars. I did have a lazy day yesterday but ironed my way through poldark which I thought would help. At least the ironing is up to date and dh has enough shirts to get him through the week.

I’m in a bit of a slump but need to just pick myself up and get moving again. I’m not sure why but I slept badly and woke a few times feeling anxious.

    Today I am grateful for
    A clear kitchen table
    A cooler day

How frustrating with the blood sugar, hope it settles soon.

Sometimes with the day rate you just have to be brave. No apologising, it is what it is and if they don't want you use you then so be it. Its often that impostor syndrome thing - but you are good at what you do and you are worth it. Easier said than done, and easier with new clients frankly.

I know I'm probably 'teaching my Granny to suck eggs' but have you taken into account that starchy food - bread, potatoes etc turn to sugar? Only mentioning it because you seem to have a fondness for these things and often speak of calling in at the Bakery. X

That it isn't always enough, to be forgiven by others.
Sometimes, you have to learn to forgive yourself.

Today is a gift. That's why it is called the present.

happiness isn't achieved by getting extra things,
but by getting rid of the things that make you unhappy

Whoopsied items and weight loss. That is a good day in my books :)
I hope the bs settles soon. It can be anything can't it? Tiredness and stress??
