Haters gonna Hate.
Labour are a party of Haters.
And you are as big a hater as the rest of them....
...stirring up hate is dangerous. JC et al & momentum are dangerous.
I fear for my country right now.
The Haters are on the march.
Hiya setmefree, good to see you back. I don't think it's 'haters' mate more like .......righteous indignation and a desire for another way? Besides JC is very forgiving you know!0 -
Yes exactly. His entire stance is based upon the state funding a million things it can't afford. Any moron can do that. It takes an actual responsible Government to work out what the country's limited resources can afford.
His politics are as cringeingly stupid as a 18-y-old who's just attended their first student union meeting & thinks they now know exactly how the world works.0 -
Britain bows to EU demands to start Brexit with divorce talksPrime Minister Theresa May’s government has bowed to European Union demands to focus the initial stage of Brexit talks on the terms of the U.K.’s departure rather than trying to arrange a future trade relationship at the same time. The concession sets the tone for negotiations over Britain’s withdrawal from the EU that are set to begin in Brussels on Monday.

https://www.theguardian.com/uk-news/2017/jun/16/manufacturer-of-cladding-on-grenfell-tower-identified-as-omnis-exteriors Material used in the cladding that covered the Grenfell Tower was the cheaper, more flammable version of the two available options, an investigation of the supply chain has confirmed. Omnis Exteriors manufactured the aluminium composite material (ACM) used in the cladding, a company director, John Cowley, confirmed to the Guardian. He also said Omnis had been asked to supply Reynobond PE cladding, which is £2 cheaper per square metre than the alternative Reynobond FR, which stands for “fire resistant” to the companies that worked on refurbishing Grenfell Tower. Its website states: “With almost 400 multi-storey projects completed, you know that you are in good hands.” The website also says Omnis manufactures cladding at a workshop in St Helens and has supplied dozens of building projects around the country. It reported a profit of £1.2m last year, the same year in which the ACM it supplied was installed on Grenfell Tower. The company also paid a dividend of £950,000 to its sole shareholder, an investment group specialising in construction companies called Xerxes Equity.0

You should stop swallowing the propaganda, Labour produced a costed manifesto, the Tories did not.
Responsible government?! Sorry but we are a laughing stock with the Tories approach to Brexit.
Thankfully people seem to finally be waking up. I don't support any party and don't agree with Labour on everything by any means, but anyone not blinded by party allegiance or ideology can see that they are looking the more sensible option right now.0 -

Classic case in point - over in the house buying section someone wants to let out their home and move on, but is moaning they will incur income tax. Transplant that person into a QT audience and watch them applaud lame crowd pleaser statements about tax rising to give Nurses a pay rise.
Off License next to my business is saying how a raft of new regulations such as pension enrolment, licensing of liquor wholesalers etc etc is causing costs to be passed onto customers and how they are moaning. Same principle again, people applaud seemingly well meant political sentiments until they have to cover the cost.
Everyone's all for Govt spending until they have to cough up. Corbyn would resort to taxing the masses, no way would his childish political endeavours be covered by those earning £80k0 -

Talks are due to begin on Monday, before the new government has been agreed upon. Theresa May is currently trying to agree a deal with the DUP, after the Tories' majority was demolished in last week's General Election, resulting in a hung parliament.
“As we set out in the Article 50 letter, our view is that withdrawal agreement and terms of the future relationship must be agreed alongside each other," a spokesman for the department, which is headed up by David Davis, said.
"We are clear this is what is set out in Article 50. We believe that the withdrawal process cannot be concluded without the future relationship also being taken into account.
"As the EU has itself said, ‘nothing is agreed, until everything is agreed’. As we also said in our Article 50 letter, ‘agreeing a high-level approach to the issues arising from our withdrawal will of course be an early priority’. But the withdrawal and future are intimately linked."
The spokesman added: “In particular, we want to move ahead on securing the rights of EU citizens in the UK and UK citizens living in the EU. We want to end the anxiety facing 4m citizens.
"That has always been our first aim and that is what we will do. That is why we are pushing ahead with negotiations on Monday."

Philip Hammond to prioritise economic prosperity in Brexit talksThe British government will prioritise the economy and jobs in the Brexit negotiations beginning next week, Philip Hammond has said, in remarks that will be seen as a clear signal of his desire for a soft Brexit.

Can you find any evidence that the residents or Labour Government were in any way responsible for this?
Concerns were raised as far back as 1999. At this point nobody really knows whether the Labour Govt (in power for 11 years since then) the Coalition (5 years) or the Tories (2 years) did or didn't do things they should have.
That's why everybody except Corbyn & his followers are saying we shouldn't speculate until we know the facts.0 -

I read the costing document. It's massively flawed & ignores huge swathes of spending completely. Most of the rest they simply class as Capital Investement & use that as an excuse to pretend it doesn't have to be paid for.
Unlike the deluded types who support Corbyn I don't swallow propaganda, I take the trouble to actually understand what's going on.
However if you truly believe Corbyn can fund £250billion of spending without it impacting anybody outside the "richest 5%" & a few evil corporations that's your perogative. Hopefully you'll never have to witness what would happen if he tried to do it.0
