Not sure what you mean by 5 weeks of terrorist memes. Corbyn didn't try to turn terrorism into political capital until two weeks ago.
Other than that, the terrorist sympathizer Corbyn got a good kicking yesterday in the election. A marvelous result. He has no power except to continue to destroy the Labour party.
Actually you're correct. It is entertaining
You sound very desperate. Or a bit disoriented. Would you like to watch the news from last night again, you seem to have missed the significance of almost all of the main points.
Wait... Theresa, is that you?0 -

Haha, why would I need to watch the news again? The Tories form the next Government & Corbyn was soundly beaten.
Which part of that is too much for you to bear?0 -
Right, I've just been given the rundown on Northern Irish politics by an Irish neighbour (I think she's from the North, but don't quote me on that).
DUP are the worst party we could bring into power, even informally, on the basis of their views, which take Northern Ireland back to 1950s UK (her words).
They're the reason that gay marriage is banned in NI, despite the assembly voting in favour of it several times.
They're also anti-choice for women re abortion, against a pro-choice backdrop for the rest of the UK.
They also have some 'not very nice' links, some of which are 'possibly worse than Sinn Fein' (the parts in speech text are her words, not mine).
I will admit though that I've learned more about NI politics in the last 24 hours than I knew before, and I think it's important we're aware of the facts before speaking out. I haven't done that today (even though I've ultimately proved to be largely correct), and I apologise for any offence I may have caused anyone in doing so.
I am also of a sound (and much more enlightened) opinion that Corbyn can sleep soundly tonight, while May is likely to be wide awake, wondering if she's done the right thing. He has stood by his principals constantly in this, gone out and met real voters and won seats against the backdrop of a right wing press. I can't fault him for that at all.
I think we'll be back at the polls before Christmas, and I think that there will be enough seats for a Lab/SNP coalition that time around if May is still in charge.
People learn from their mistakes, smart people learn from other people's mistakes, and May forgot to learn from David Cameron's mistake last year. I think her position is untenable and she needs to resign for the good of the Conservative party if not to save face, however I am willing to agree to disagree with anyone here on that point.💙💛 💔0 -

Save face from what? Her poor campaign may have lost the Tories seats. Still the largest party by some considerable distance. May have lost this battle but not the war. You have the feeling that she's not the sort of person to walk away or make excuses either. Jury is still out. Brexit negotiations will decide her fate.0 -

Haha, with sources like that the Tories must be quaking in their boots:rotfl::rotfl:0 -
Labour takes Kensington.
Yes, Kensington.0 -

Some of the newspapers have editorials and opinion pieces, so even if you read the news and don't completely understand what the issues are you can look there to see what everyone is talking about.
There might be a shop still open if you hurry.0 -

Election was yesterdays news. Sames issues will exist tomorrow as they did on Wednesday. Next week topic of conversation will have moved on. Events in Qatar are escalating rapidly. Nothing ever stands still for long.0 -

Come to the conclusion it's probably not worth the wear on your fingertips trying to explain.
Just had a guy on Question Time claiming that the hung parliament mess is Labour's fault for taking all those votes when they couldn't win.
Think you'll find there's some around here with that mindset and you can't cure stupid. :beer:0
