    Your use of emoticons was quite clearly intended to cause offence. Mine are a point of humour, and part of a private joke. I am certainly not aware that they have caused offence to anyone.

    I shall repeat again:

    You need medical help for your moods/ anger/ mental health issues. I say this with no malice, you clearly need help far beyond that available here.
