URGENT Help needed please.

As I understand it, you have been offered 3 medicals, and for various reasons, have not attended.
A JCP Decision Maker has now decided that you have failed to attend your last medical 'without good cause'.

The only options open to you to solve your immediate needs are-
1) Appeal against this decision - but IS will not be paid to you. IS is not paid when someone fails to attend a medical - even if they appeal.
2) Make a new claim to IB & IS. However, you will have to show that you existing incapacity/condition has worsened, or you have a new incapacity/condition since your last claim ended. More than likley you will be required to attend a medical FIRST- which could take at least a few weeks - and you then need to score enough points to pass the medical.
3) Make yourself available for work and make a new claim to Job Seekers' Allowance (JSA). This will have no affect on any IB appeal you make.
4) See if you qualify for another benefit for example-Carer's Allowance (if you may be caring for someone), Disability Living Allowance.

As I said previously, if you believe that you have not been rude to people in previous posts, you need to look back at them.

Excellent point made by stazi, you have failed to attend three medicals - how many chances do you expect?!

I failed to turn up for the medicals because I couldnt handle the fact my dad was dying, so I expect a bit of compassion.

Both you and healy have said I have been rude and worse!! in other posts, but as yet you both cannot give me proof either in the forum of by pm. I am repeating because i am awaiting you both to back up your claims.

Compassion is allowing you to reschedule your appointment once, maybe twice. Missing three appointments really is pushing it.

From reading through your previous posts, you appear to come on here just to create arguments. This is of no benefit to anyone.

You are quite unwilling to accept help when it is offered to you, that is clear from your post on youreable.

I see no point in offering any further advice to you.

Neither you nor your sidekick have come up with any proof to back up your statement. Again I would ask you to provide evidence that I am unwilling to accept help?

And I sound like a broken record but this past year and more has been the most upsetting time, so is missing 3 medicals really really pushing it? They knew about the situation and could have postponed it till a later date this year, but we are not talking about caring human beings when it comes to dwp employees.

Oh dear, that post was pulled at first because of the abuse I was getting and was only reinstated because I was in need of help and people were thankfully there to offer it me, and abusers rightfully told to stop judging me by Martin. (In the first post of the thread).

healy has referred you to one example where you were rude to people, and on the Sky thread you are positively horrible.

If you want me to be more specific:

You are by far one of the nastiest people (and I use that word very loosely) that i have ever come across. You are making comments about me and my family that you have no right to. You are a disgrace. Dont ever get a job working for the samaritans will you?!!

Now where do I start with the statements you have made. Nah I wont bother as I dont have to explain to you.
I have already cut down sky and have cancelled sky full stop! so who said we cant get rid of sky?
As for the other stuff then again I will tell you to shush as you no nothing, plus I dont see every other person having to explain why they cant get about. For all you know I maybe severely disabled.
