OK, so I am assuming you did not appeal. In that case, if you really think that you have a case, you need to appeal. However, as I and others have said, your grounds for appeal are not good, and are unlikely to be accepted.

You seem to think that sympathy for you should be endless. Many people go through difficult times, and still make it to their medicals.

My advice: Forget about your previous claim, and wait to hear the result of your new claim.

We (and you) are not professional councillors in any way shape or form, we can only give our honest opinion. Clearly the OP needs way more help than this site can provide. I think you've done both healy & dmg24 a great disservice. I've taken the time to cast my eye over their post history & IMHO & they have been ever so helpful...these 2 guys need encouraging not castigating.

You know people don't agree with your decision so could you as a BG be proactive?

you seem to be getting personal and judgemental again, perhaps you should read the forum rules.

I am not getting personal or judgmental. I am stating fact.

Perhaps you should take the advice given, and stop picking for a fight.

i should have got IS on the 13th sept, checked bank bal, nothing, spoke to dwp who advised me it had been stopped cos of failure to turn up for medical. Asked them why they had not sent letter to advise me, was told its up to me to find out that I was getting no IS, sent letter to them to ask them to reconsider, the nice sympathetic person said no.

the person you spoke with CANNOT in the terms of thier job reinstate benefit.

This is nothing to do with how sympathetic ( or not) they are as a person, they like most of us, have rules to work by. if they break those rules, then they can be fired. In any case, most bods in the jobcentre/DWP I have spoken to simply do not have th epower to reinstatre or start benefits- its usually undertaken by a central depaprtment elsewhere ( for exam-ple child ben used to be handled almost exclusively in the county durham site)

please dont take it personally. I understand you have been through a lot, and having worked in social work I can say quite safely that the system CAN feel like a series of hoops that are tremendously difficult for anyone to jump through at the best of times. It can certainly have an impact on mood, the confusion, not knowing where to turn etc. Even sometimes when you have been told where to go, I understand it can still feel so overwhleming.

I suggest anyone who cannot offer practical or emotional support to the OP, goes elsewhere, and weymuffred can get the support that they are asking for, no matter how many times they ask.
 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.

Thank you Labman, that is the point that I made early on, the OP needs face to face advice with one of the many agencies that have been mentioned. Now all he is doing is trying wind up and goad people - I would like to point out I stopped replying to his numerous, repetative and unwanted PMs yesterday. I always try to help if I can as does dmg24 and many others but the OP is wasting peoples time again and again because he has had full answers from many people here and elsewhere.
