agreed! everything crossed everyone gets some form of update for sure this week. 
its been 3 weeks today since we applied and ours hasn't even been looked at

We’ve now finally got our valuation booked this week 😄

I say ‘finally’… I know it’s not been long it’s just been so long now since valuation was instructed last Monday I thought it would never be booked in!!

@Blueem5 that's great news! at least you know things are moving in the right direction. 
my MA spoke to Kensington yesterday who did send a reference email to my private landlord. she recieved the email and replied yesterday.
Fingers crossed that is the last thing they need to make a decision on our application.

I’ve just been told that Kensington are possibly changing their criteria particularly tier 3 lending. I don’t know why this would effect anyone waiting for an offer to come through if it’s already been agreed but could it ?

well i chased her on friday as i had heard nothing. she said she looked and apparently its still in a queue waiting to be looked at by an UW...
she did say she will chase them again this week. whether she will or not i have no clue.

I'm pretty sure it will have been looked at. maybe they are waiting to book in the valuation or waiting on some extra docs. 
on their twitter it says 2 days for new applications to be looked at. 
can you see if the hard credit search has been done?

I'm not sure what their tier 3 lending criteria is but I wouldn't worry unless your MA says something has changed. I'd like to think that if they did change something in their criteria it would affect new apps only.

so according to MA she said they have all the docs they wanted from the start and its just waiting on an UW. have had the hard search done on the day we applied. i just think 3 weeks with nothing is a joke , but at the same time i was made aware this was going to happen! so i cant really complain either.

@lauraclay1727 @kdickinson90 my MA has just told me it’s normal for a search not to show on credit file despite the fact we are waiting for the offer …. What do you guys think?
