Kensington Mortgage application timescale

I can only put it down to how amazing my MA has been in making sure I submitted everything they could possibly ask for and pre-empt the questions they'd ask. Those that have had offers, how to Kensington send the offer to solicitors? Is it via email or post?

I’ve signed the Declaration form on Friday and was told a couple of days until the offer comes though as all had been agreed … I’ll wait and see

our valuation is being done today. other than that we've been told everything is fine except that they are waiting on an employer reference to come back for my partner and our tenancy reference from our landlord.
we privately rent though so I'm not even sure if they will actually ask for one or not. Will have to wait and see

its been a week since i sent some documents and ive yet again heard nothing. my MA is completely keeping me in the dark, ive dropped her an email last week and again yesterday with no reply. like i said i wouldn't mind if she just said she hadn't heard anything! i just hate been kept in the dark

have you had your valuation done yet, you could possibly just be waiting for that now. 
I know what you mean about being left in the dark, I'm driving myself mad with all the not knowing. Our MA doesn't tell us much either, he always just says there's no update and to wait 😕

well embarrassingly only 15 days ago and I've heard from my MA once! i just think if i email its common courtesy just to say sorry not heard anything yet. but she totally ignores me and its so frustrating not knowing where about they are even at! honestly no valuation that i know of , not heard a thing.

most of you are all so deep in to your applications I shouldn't even complain haha

don't feel bad, I think you applied a couple of days before we did.
We've only really heard back once too apart from when I chased my MA yesterday. that's when I was told the valuation is being done today and that they are just waiting for the rental reference and employer reference.
My MA didn't seem happy that I chased him but everyone on here seems to be told certain docs are ticked off etc I thought I should have more of an update and know where I am with it all. It also didn't help that the estate agent chased me on Friday- which just worried me. 
I'm trying to not other think it all as it's not going to push it through and will just make me more stressed and anxious. 
If they haven't come back and asked for more docs, I'd take it as a good sign and hopefully you'll have the valuation soon and an offer.

aww really! thats made me feel a bit better actually knowing you're about the same time frame as me atm! hopefully we both hear something soon x

Had our paper copy of our offer today! Thankfully nothing silly in the mortgage conditions, except they do want a mining search as apparently the property is built on ex-mining land. So hopefully that'll be all fine. Feels so real seeing the offer on paper infront of me. So exciting
