Ah it sucks having to wait thats for sure. But apparently everyone is inundated at the mo. When my application was submitted my MA said I should expect a 4-5 week at the mo as Kensington are very busy.

We have another 2 weeks left until we lose our reservation. Hopefully they get it done in that time. We didn’t hear anything else back from them today and no request for further documents at the moment. So maybe it will be Monday when we hear something about how it is progressing. Our MA informed us it was a 3day turnaround at Kensington at the moment with document requests.

we have our valuation booked for next week - not sure which day exactly. 
If they don't ask for any more documents do you think we could get an offer if not next week, the week after? 
The last time we were asked for extra docs was Monday 21st

Yeah it doesn't sound like you'll be long before you have it! Just a couple more weeks hopefully 🤞

I really hope so. The waiting is killing me. 
I've tried to use others timescales on here as a guide but everyone's applications are different so it's hard to really know what to expect. 
I ask my MA but he doesn't seem to get any updates whereas others have said their MA can see tracking of documents ticked etc. 
I just really hope we get some good news soon 😬

Yeah I think if they've not asked for more since then, once valuation is done you should be all good x

I’ve signed the Declaration form on Friday and was told a couple of days until the offer comes though as all had been agreed … I’ll wait and see

Got my mortgage offer this morning, thats 13 days from full application to offer. My MA said it's the fastest turnaround she's known for months from Kensington. I can only put it down to how amazing my MA has been in making sure I submitted everything they could possibly ask for and pre-empt the questions they'd ask. Needless to say I am over the moon, still in shock and can't quite believe it!!
