Hello, everyone,
I have been made redundant but have enough money to cover my family’s expenses for six months. We are close to exchanging contracts, and I have just received a mortgage offer. Does anyone know if Kensington requests payslips or bank statements for a final check during exchange or completion?

Was just wondering if anyone could share positive story of being accepted with bounced direct debits.Joint application husbands bank statements are perfect no concern, but I have 3 bounced direct debits. Our broker is confident he can still get us approved but feeling worried about it now we’re onto the official application. Thanks0
