    Hi all :)
We currently have our application in with Kensington via our broker. We have had a few queries come back from them to send other documents or answer questions but all has now gone quiet. One of the items they have requested is a pay slip from my OH at the end of May which will show no furlough pay on it. The wait for the 28th May is driving me nuts!! The days are getting slower and slower the closer we get. As soon as they have the pay slip then we should be in the position for the valuation to be done and then fingers crossed an offer!

We've had some queries back now 4 days after application submitted, nothing major - explanation for my CCJ (is I was a dumbass sufficient?!) email address for letting agent for a reference and a question about a payslip. All these came today as well and didn't think they worked on a Saturday so hoping it'll move quick ish from here!

Received our offer on Friday! So so happy! Just eager to move now 😂.
We’ve received our searches back and contract and so on and sent back, moving day shouldn’t be too long now should it? Can I start packing now?

    Good luck everyone.

So good to hear people getting their offers. Cannot wait for that day I'll be over the top anxious every second until then 😂😂
  • How long have people generally had to wait from valuation to offer?
