Is that working days? It's been two weeks on Wednesday since our valuation was carried out. However, working days is 8 today. X

Amazing! How long was it from start to finish for you? Just sent all our replies to their questions today, and got to send my payslip from this month which i'll have this week. Hoping that'll be it. Not had word of any valuation being booked yet though

I just want to paperwork to sign now to make it feel more official!

That's really quick from what I'm reading - their website says 20 working days average from app to offer so I've got another three weeks yet.... Was kinda hoping they'd look at it and just go "yep ok" in 2 days or something haha

You sound like you are in the same situation/position as us at the moment, we have sent over everything they have asked for apart from my OH's pay slip which we should have Friday. We haven't yet had valuation booked either. The waiting for Friday is dragging!!

We sent absolutely everything including the kitchen sink with our application and they never came back to us with any questions. They instructed the valuation 2 days after application but there was a backlog so we had to wait weeks for it!! 

They’ve been brilliant and I can’t fault them.

@Amysmith21 yes sounds very similar! When did your full app go in? I really want to get to the point of instructing the survey as I know there is a backlog with surveyors. Will feel alot better once that bit is done.
