We're very early full application only went in yesterday haha - I'm happy it wasn't declined straight away. MA just said they've asked for my card details to pay for survey so hoping that's a good thing? Or not. Not a clue. Just taking each second of each minute as it comes haha

I wonder if anyone can help because I am losing it! Kensington are still waiting for the employers reference, that got sent back to them lat week and they haven’t received it! Like how? So I got him to send it to our MA and she sent it across but they won’t accept it! Why aren’t they receiving emails?! This is the only thing that’s standing in the way of getting an offer and it’s been well over a month now!!

Hi all, 
 Currently awaiting our (hopefully) mortgage offer from Kensington. This is where we are at so far. 

Full application 4th May
Hard search 5th May 
A few questions and a couple more pieces of evidence requested 
Told today by our MA that they are just awaiting my employer reference and the valuation has actually already been completed with no concerns. 

Is this all sounding like it’ll go ahead? Hearing that the valuation has been completed is a massive relief! Now reading the previous comment from sian I’m worried that there will be a problem with my reference ☹️ It’s been such a stressful journey so far as we had a previous mortgage application declined so we are just hoping this will go through and be done ASAP. Fingers crossed all those awaiting hear back soon. I’ve been reading the thread and feeling hopeful 🤞🏻

we’re just having trouble with Kensington receiving the email back, the employer has filled it in but for some reason it’s not going into their inbox, he’s resent it tonight, so I’m hoping it’ll be in their inbox when they come in tomorrow.

still nothing but told offer should be with us soon!

Paid for valuation 20th May
No questions come back as yet that I'm aware of but after stalking this forum for days I sent over every single bit of paper I could think of to our MA so hopefully there won't be many further queries haha

Just updating on my application, our valuation still hasn’t been completed due to an error that has caused delays, mainly from the builders giving the wrong address . We was hoping we would have had an offer by now. However the under writer has asked me the same question 4 times now which I have answered each time. Getting frustrated and worried we won’t receive an offer now

Its so frustrating, we were told last tuesday we should have an offer by the end of the week and on Monday this week the update was everything on file satisfied, valuation ok and we should have offer immeniantly, were still waiting and supposed to be completing next friday!!!!!
Stress levels are through the roof, our house has sold and we are part exchanging with a new build  
Really worried theres a problem or summat, theres been no other searches on our file since the first day of applicaiton

AIP received 07/04/2021
Full application submitted 16/04/2021
Further info requested on the 27/04/2021
07/05/2021 all documents passed & valuation instructed.
Valuation 12/05/2021
Now just impatiently waiting to hear 🙄

Oh no! I hope you both get your offers soon, the waiting is awful. I was hoping that we would know early next week but maybe we won’t if your valuations were a while ago!!
