@Amysmith21 yes sounds very similar! When did your full app go in? I really want to get to the point of instructing the survey as I know there is a backlog with surveyors. Will feel alot better once that bit is done.
We actually submitted all of our documents over to them on the 30/04 so 3 and half weeks ago but they requested the pay slip showing no furlough pay beginning of May so we have had a few weeks of just having to wait till this Friday when we have that. Luckily they said they would carry on reviewing everything else we had sent them so the pay slip is the last thing to be reviewed when sent over. So we will be 4 weeks in on Friday since app going in....  :s  when did you submit yours?

We submitted full app last Tues so 18th May, questions came back on Sat, sent over everything today except the payslip which I'll have this week. Quite lucky it fell then so the payslip won't delay things too much. My MA is telling them the payslip will be Friday so hopefully they look at everything else before then

Yeah fingers crossed they will carry on reviewing everything else in the mean time. I am sure once they have the pay slip it will all start speeding up a bit more.  :#

We submitted our full application on Friday. They have already done the credit score and taken the fee for the valuation. Is it normal for them to do this so quickly?

Ours was the same - we submitted on 18th, they did hard search same day and took the valuation fee the day after. No valuation booked yet, and just sent all our answers to their questions back today

Yes I would say so. We had our credit checks done the same day they was submitted or the following day and we also paid our valuation fee then too. Our valuation hasn't been carried out yet either as we are waiting for all documents to be completed with reviewing first. Fingers crossed it doesn't take too long for you  :)

How long have people generally had to wait from valuation to offer?
    9 days for us xx
Is that working days? It's been two weeks on Wednesday since our valuation was carried out. However, working days is 8 today. X

Thought I'd update with how ours is going. Valuation was originally meant to be over a week ago but there were issues with the seller agreeing to a date. It was completed on Friday just past. Our broker has said hopefully get an offer by Friday but on doubtful it'll be that soon. Feels like it's dragging on forever. Congrats to those who got their offers? What was your start to finish time scale? I just want to know what I'm doing now! I am moving areas and schools so need to start contacting schools and getting my kids prepared for the change but don't want to do that when things could fall through!
