We've gone to final assessment today! Should know by tomorrow but everything was rubber stamped and agreed today with underwriter. 

It does take ages, and they will ask for documents repeatedly but it does get done thankfully. Just hope tomorrow there's no last minute surprises!

It’s been a week since we submitted documents and still haven't heard anything! We have messaged for an update from MA but he hasn’t replied. 

Is this normal to wait this long?

Yeah been through all the exact same process and you will get a offer sorted shortly. We got our all completed takes a bit of time but aslong as your provide what they ask for you will be fine at this stage. Good luck all

We have a very similar time line to you! From their website it says they review documents in < 3 days. Which they did on the previous documents but this time it’s been a week. So we have been panicking as we havn’t had any update at all. I’m not a very patient person at all. 

Has your property been valued yet?

Its a 3 day turnaround with docs and if they need any more info they will contact you or your ma. After our valuation was done we had a offer within 2 weeks

My MA emailed us Monday said all tasks were completed on the portal so I guess we sit and wait have not been told by are MA that a valuation has taken place yet 

my only gripe is you send one document 2 days later they want another document to back the first one up

Once they have all documentation they need a valuation is instructed as soon as the valuation is completed you will have a offer shortly after
