so much to share today! Yesterday received dgd's bundle of 4-5 yr clothes I got off of fleabay for £21.85 (she's a giant! so tall and not even 4 yet!). pricey but very pleased with the bundle, 8 jumpers/tops, 2 skirts, 3 shorts, 5 leggings/trousers, a dress and a cape style coat. Think that is mostly her done until winter comes along with the exception of some t-shirts, a party dress and some sandels & wellies :-)DF as at 30/12/16

Morning everyone
You're so right DNMS - the rhythm and routine of life is what it is all about!
I called sis last night with free mins - feel so much better after a good ol' moan and b1tch about work
Had another small things win last night after the phone bill scenario I told y'all about on facebook. :rotfl: I was almost 100% sure we'd end up with a take away but I found 2 frozen jacket potatoes in the freezer! OH made them with tuna. :T I also got a pasta thingy out of the freezer for OH's lunch today but I doubt he will eat it. He will hopefully go to @ldi today (there goes the budget!) because there is really nothing in at all.
I'm going to do some things in my bullet journal - hopefully clear my head a little...
Then I'm off to meet my bestie - cannot wait!
I hope you all have a lovely weekend.0 -
Woken up with a headache
Gutted as I don't even drink.
Still I'm determined to try and enjoy this weekend.
I've been out to my training session and collected a delivery from the post office (wool - just what I didn't need)
Have to take ds to football later - really hoping this will be a one off for the matches on Saturday as I'm not into football at all.
Then have tutoring.
And I have to give in and hoover out the car at some point today - it's truly disgusting in there...
Other than that today will be relaxing, crochet and not a single bit of schoolwork. Not giving up
Working hard to pay off my debt
Time to take back control

Morning folks!
In work today (it's my Monday!). Still full of cold but much better than the sudden horror that was my health on Thursday. I stupidly did the Crossfit Open 17.2 at the gym last night (dressed as a 1980s nightmare). It was all going ok-ish until the last round, then I just couldn't even see straight. Felt really shaky afterwards so got OH to take me home so I could rest. Then realised we had no tea so I had to trek out to Tesco!
Today's plan:- B/L/D from stores
- Quick meal plan to take us up until Thursday (normal start of week) - done
- Expand meal plan later to include Thurs-Sat and save as an "official" meal plan
- Enter ingredients into grocery app - done
- Small shop to get relevant bits - done (apparently under duress on OH's part)
- Charge phone in work - done
- Use copious amounts of work loo roll to stem my streaming nose - done
- Possibly plant peas tonight. Am a bit behind
- Crochet - am now joining the blanket up. Although have one and a bit panels to crochet still. I ran out of yarn! I have ordered it along with the yarn for the next commission to save on postage
- No alcohol (a whole week now :A )
- Free stretching video
- Re-downloaded myfitnesspal. Need to just tweak my portions back into control. plus I want to check my macros. Had murder trying to get it to connect back up to my fitbit again!. I need to concentrate on using my fitbit too... I just got bored of it. Steps seem irrelevant with the amount of Crossfit I'm doing BUT I need the steps to sync to my health insurance for my payouts! - done

MSE Mental Health Group
Hi all,
I've noticed that many of us on this Forum have an interest in Mental Health. Some of us live with Mental Health issues, and some of us care for those who do.
For that reason last week I set up a Facebook group called MSE Mental Health. It's a Secret Group so your posts cannot be seen by those not in the group.
It's nothing fancy just a group for people to chat about their mental health.
If you want to join please send me a private message and bear with me while I get you linked to the group.

Hi folks - I've been reading & hugs to all - there seem to be a lot of nasty things going round.
I intended having a day of wonder yesterday but after a couple of meetings I had I was knackeroonried so fell asleep - But today will be good.
So - list for today:-
NSD
Washing (will need to go in drier as piddling with rain here)
Ironing (as little as possible)
Have got a load of kindling to bring in from garage
Move car supplies to my "new to me" car - stuff like high vis vests, 1st aid kit, travel rug etc
Tidy through all the house (will clean tomorrow)
Tidy out the fridge and mealplan with findings
Post cards & DVLA letter required
Have already called round relatives to update on nephew's position (critically ill after a fall from cliffs last week - severe head injuries)
Doesn't seem much but I'm sure will add to list during day - but 1st - go to visit neighbour as I think she needs apples out of the freezer she gave to us.
Have a good day y'all

carrie what have you planted so far? I've planted broad beans, aubergines, peppers, rocket, basil and corriander.
Planning to do over the next few days carrots, leeks, brussel sprouts, calabrese (broccoli to anyone who doesn't grow it! Broccoli is actually the purple sprouting variety and the green trees are calabrese - who knew?!) & turnipsDF as at 30/12/16
