Afternoon all :hello:
Owwww to poorly teeth:eek: i thoroughly hate the dentist so my sympathies are with you, I had my last filling without pain relief as it was 'better' than having a needle.
Working from home today (all bar short meeting 20 minutes away) so that's been useful:
Meals from stores, refrained from popping out for lunch with DH, as nice as that would have been
New radiator fitted in DD room, pay from house savings
DH picked up a few things from shopping list, using his discount and will get c/b on the purchase :T he also got a couple of things from market (veg)
meal plan working well and new dish I made last night of low cal chicken satay was a BIG success :A Going on make again list
checked banking, last 2 DD went out before payday tomorrow, updated my sheet
Need to log on to HMRC to see new tax code, hopefully it will be helpful
washing drying on rads, another load on cheap tonight
Make a meal plan for next weeks that is based around freezer
used last soft apple grated in my overnight oats thanks for the reminder Dawn
Make something with something from use up box
Sent mum some vouchers I had from work as she's going away at the weekend and can use one. Must send her a link to where she can use them. I wouldn't get the use as I have a higher rate discount.0 -
Afternoon folks. Feeling totally shocking here. cold seems to be morphing into fluey bug. Was struck by sudden waness in town. managed to get the bus back (although the hackney taxis were looking so tempting but £25)

Hi all,
Just checking in.
Have spent my spare time today doing a stock take and meal plan for the month. It's a bit repetitive but needs must.
Question: I haven't used Top C@sh B@ck in a while - do you still need to clear cookies for it to track properly?Happiness is wanting what you have...0 -
Hi everyone
Can't believe it's Thursday before I'm getting on here for the week. It's been so busy between work and home and I've barely had time for anything. I've just read through and caught up - love and hugs to all that need. And, Ziggy, stop being mean to yourself. I think you're like superwoman dealing with all that you do. FvD - hope the teeth are sorted without too much pain and cost.
It's been really busy at work all week - I'm doing 10 hour days at the moment without much of a break. Gone back straight into mock exams and the threat of Ofsted so we are busy bunnies. I've done almost 50 hours already this week and still a day to go.
On top of that, kids clubs as usual, trying to run ds football club finances, ds struggling to sleep again, dd ill and dh definitely not himself. It's just been a bit busy.
I got home from work today and someone had egged the house. I have my suspicions but no proof, but have taken it more personally than I probably should. Hopefully they'll get bored and bother someone else sooner or later, and as long as it doesn't escalate then I shouldn't fret. It's just one more thing to deal with.
Not much mse stuff going on out of the ordinary. Too busy to get too much done.
Not giving up
Working hard to pay off my debt
Time to take back control

That's horrible CCL, somebody did that to my car once, I was convinced it was the woman I'd argued with a couple of times about me parking outside her house near the station (she had a designated parking space at the back for residents only but was too lazy to use it.) You just need to remember that they probably got some small satisfaction from doing it and then promptly forgot about it afterwards so try not to dwell on it yourself :grouphug:Make £25 a day in April £0/£750 (March £584, February £602, January £883.66)
December £361.54, November £322.28, October £288.52, September £374.30, August £223.95, July £71.45, June £251.22, May£119.33, April £236.24, March £106.74, Feb £40.99, Jan £98.54) Total for 2017 - £2,495.100 -
CCL - some people suck so bad. I'm sorry that you had to deal with this xLBM 11/06/2010: DFD 30/04/2013Total repaid: £10,490.310

CCL sorry to hear that! I should imagine that it's kids being thoughtless. How annoying for you to have the extra work
I've been up for an hour now, woke up at 5.30 and decided to get up - hahaha there's a tipping point in aging I've found where once woken that's it I'm *ping* awake. Oh for the youthful days where I could sleep for hours!
Have checked clubcard and have finally been awarded points for using the payment app. I've now got the equivalent of £20 of reward vouchers in the kitty by using the app and wombling receipts. I've set myself a challenge to get £10.00 worth of points by hook or by crook by May so we can go for a meal at Cafe R0uge
Have just updated spending diary/frugal living s/s. Debating whether I have time to reconcile the accounts before madam puts in an appearance
need to make oh's & madam's lunches. I've grabbed some lo mash & salmon out of the freezer as I will definitely be in an office with a microwave at lunchtime
might put a load on when madam wakes up...
need to get petrol so will go to M0rris0ns to get points & will use cashback cctake note of mileage as I to drive a 45 mile trip today so that will be £18 back in expenses
oh is making sushi for teaso think I'll use the wombled pr1ce guarantee to get a free bottle of wine and some fruit juice/sweets for madam
ok that's all I can think of. Happy Friday guys :ADF as at 30/12/16

Morning all :hello: I'm up early too DNMS small woke me up about 6 and asked to go downstairs as it's payday the thought of doing my money shuffle and updating my sheet was enough to get me out of bed :rotfl: plus some cuddles on the sofa with the small
CCL boo to thoughtless, small minded people who have access to eggs. They obviously don't have a food budgethow annoying it's just something else for you to do.
Checked my tax code yesterday and it's good news :j despite man at tax office telling me otherwise they had included a benefit last year I wasn't getting which should mean rebate this year and me tax code looks healthy (as it can do) from Aprilmust make sure I don't procrastinate and leave my tax return until December again so I can get my hands on any dosh I'm due
Anyway, sorry for rambling:
Big money shuffle on pay day. Money all where it should be.
Check surveys, FPL, £co
Meals from stores
Quick shower
Going to friends tonight, will walk and drink tea :A
Washing from overnight on airer
Radiators on for shortest time possible
Make something with 1 item from use up box
Check march list, see what I can plan for weekend/next week
Have a good day people. Purps.0
