how long does it normally take to get your card refunded with the £10? i ordered on sunday, the stuff came today but still no refund, even though it showing on littlewoods/GUS account that my solo will be refunded?

Hi Jan.Is Solo a debit card? I used a £10 discount voucher and it got refunded at the same time as the full amount was taken,this was on a credit card.Perhaps different card companies have different time scales but from all the posts about Littlewoods,it seems they are very much a law unto themselves about who they please and who they p**s off!!with their actions!!

On one order I have the £5 put back on my CC at the same time the £6 was taken off, on my 2nd order OH's account but a different 1 of my cards it hasn't given me back the £5, how long should i wait? haven't received items yet, were supposed 2 be here Mon!

yeah, solo is a debit card, serves me right really for jumping in head first, i'll give them a ring if no refunded by tomorrow.:mad:

Recieved the 2 full price items today oh called them and they had no idea why he'd been told the orders wouldnt go through and they're being collected thursday and my card will be credited in 7-14 days:eek:

Today, I received the second item I ordered. Delivery note shows the full price (same as the first delivery I received) I'm not sure I'm going to bother calling littlewoods. Is it worth it for 5.00? the phone call will probably cost me a couple of quid.

Delivery note always shows the amount before a voucher code the only exception being a % discount

Check your account online it should show full amount then a refund of the voucher used
