is this the case with everyone else? The money was taken from my bank account on the 1st but nothing credited back:confused:

I get my c/c transactions listed on my account tmos, so I will check it and post back the results,

I must admit, I used the £5 off £6 spend and bought 2 pairs of jeans for my FIL for xmas I would've paid the £6 for them anyway and normally they cost us £15 a pair, so I am chuffed.

I also used the £10 voucher off, but my statement does show refund to visa £5.00 cr & £10 cr so I am hoping thats what I will get

Will be a bit pee'ved if the discount doesn't come off them when my email did say I was getting the discount.... I too have took a copy of the email showing the prices plus the discount and will keep them with the delivery notes for future incase i do get the credits and then they try and charge me down the line....

    fingers crossed
:) If you like what I say please say thanks :)

instead of ringing the 0845 0870 numbers, there is a freephone number:
    0800 702702 for littlewoods
    0800 123131 littlewoods lx direct

Oops forgot to add, thank you for the freephone number

I don't think people are having trouble with the Kays or Great Universal side of things, so she should be fine using the codes on their sites...

Well I have just received another order today.
So total of 6 orders out of 7.
They have taken the money for all 7 orders but still only credited me with 10 pounds off 4 times.

Still waiting for another 3 times 10 pounds to be credited, along with the 10% off for all.

Well……I don’t really care if they write back asking for their money since all my items were sales items and dead cheap anyway. But I am in the process of closing my HSBC account linked with the Maestro I used to pay it anyway. AND I will also go ahead and close all three accounts (Kays, GU and Littlewoods) to reduce the chances they will ask for it back. I will take the chance!

I THINK the 10% should have been taken off before they took anything out of your bank, it happened like that with me....can anyone confirm this is the case? :)

  • Thanks so much op, tried again and got a toy dyson hoover for my son for xmas for £8 down from £20!!! Soooo pleased! Could never have afforded £20 :) Used £10 off code and 10% off code :)
Well this order was rejected:rolleyes: But have just tried again using g.universal! :)
Im only ordering things i would have bought full price anyway, to minimise disappointment! Would have paid £16.75 for the dyson in argos so if i get charged the full £20 it is a bit more but i would have to pay bus fare and carry it on the bus with a buggy and toddler so still easier to do it this way :)
