Everyone should be aware as I received a Little woods statement for a pair of shoes that I ordered from them 2 months ago and they have now charged me the £25 that the voucher code took off at the time. they argue that the code was not sent directly to me.
I would suggest not wearing the item too much if you cannot bear to part with the extra £25. Personally I will be sending the shoes back from a principle perspective. I would also suggest not using the 2nd code listed here (the 10% off code as this was one of their arguements, ie I couldn't use 2 codes together).0 -
The problem with littlewoods and codes is that they let you have the reduction, credit back your payment etc and then 2/3 months later they recharge you, by then lots of the items will have been used or given as pressies and you are then stuck with a large bill.
just cancel your cc then!0 -
please be aware everyone that great universal, kays and choice are the same catalogue.
i have used the £10 discount code with these and only the great universal one has been validated, when i track the order it also shows me the two i made with kays and choice without the discount which means that they have taken the money from my account and won't be refunding it. i have sent a message asking them to cancel and refund my money, will see what happens.
i have recieved the jacket from littlewoods and pj's from great universal today, still not refunded my card with the 2x £10 discounts though, anyone know how long this usually takes?
don't get me wrong the stuff is great but i wouldn't have ordered from them if i hadn't had the code, would of gone to town and saved money.0 -

Ok i have been charged full price for my items on six occasions, got 10 pounds credited back 4 times. I ahve yet to see the 10% discount credited back and the remaining 2 x 10 pounds refunded.
I have only received one item so far, but there might have been a delivery this morning as i am not at home today."Don't cry, Don't Raise your Eye

I have also received a statement with voucher cancelled on it and them recharging me the £25. I have telephoned and explained that their system should not have accepted the code if it was not eligible on none credit account purchases. After a very long conversation I was told to write in and explain that if I hadnt had the code I wouldnt have placed the order.
Think I will not wear the shoes any more and then I can send them back if they dont honour it. I have also parcelled up to return an item I ordered using the 2nd code listed here as I dont want to get another bill in 2/3 months.
Let me know how you get on0 -
One thing puzzles me here.Normally you only have 14 days to decide on whether to keep an item or return it.So how can you send something back after 2 months? Are you sure they will allow that and refund the money? Cos they could be just as awkward about that and then you don't even have the goods!!
Has anyone actually done this and got the value refunded?0 -
they have told me that I can return the items even after 2 months and they will return the full amount taken off. I have actually worn the shoes a couple of times but have told them that I do not have any original packaging or labels. Lied about wearing them though. what do they expect 2 months later?0
