I have received my items today from LW and Kays and havent been charged yet according to my bank. However, the statement when I log on to the catalogue website is very confusing. Some refunds have CR at the side of them and some dont. I have no idea what refunds belong to which orders, even though there are only 5 items. Confusing.

I didnt get anything for £1 but I got a few items with £10 off a larger spend. Just hope it goes through alright.

Got 3 email confirmations, 2 were with full price, (even tho discount was taken off at checkout ) so oh called them to cancel those orders but they said they hadnt gone through and you cant order unless youve got an account

I have logged into my littlewoods account and It is showing a 15cr to visa when I clicked on the account statement, so I have my fingers crossed that it will go through,

My two pairs of jeans arrived this morning.
They're pretty good, and the colour is good too. My only gripe is that they are a little too wide at the ankle. But I'm fussy about things like that.
Stunning bargain for £1.00, but even if I have to pay back £5.00 they're still a good deal.

I havent received email confirmation for mine or my partners orders, i didnt open accounts and paid with my card has anyone else had this? Placed order last week approx thursday

The top I ordered through Great Universal has gone through fine with the discount and the cashback has showed up on my quidco account. But the Littlewoods order is the complete opposite!!!

They have said I am only entitled to the 10% discount and the amount I owe is £11.60. Ive emailed them to tell them it went through the checkout with the £10 deducted and if they wont allow me the discount, I want the order cancelled and my credit card refunded. Also nothing has showed up on my quidco. Im still waiting for Littlewoods to reply....

Well,i ordered a pillow,worth £25,with a £10 discount,on my credit card last thursday also.Got an email confirmation straight away and received it this morning.Over the weekend the card was charged £25 then got an immediate credit of the £10.so i don't know why you have not heard anything.

recieved two pairs of jeans today, both dont fit ( they didnt have my waist so i took one above and one below but both arent good enough!

So im Going to return them,Tomorrow.

Also, like others i have an order that hasnt been confirmed by email, i used the voucher twice, and the first order arrived today, the second hasnt got any delivery times etc next to it when i click on track order?

also was wondering whether its only littlewoods that might cancel the codes?
all the posts seem to comment on how littlewoods dont honour their codes but none seem to be about kays or GU? can any one shed any light? as am still tempted to order the right size on a different site.
