Littlewoods gave me a £5 first of all on this offer, then took £8 for 2 pairs of jeans (£4 each) - I returned the jeans because they were unsuitable, they have now reimbursed the £8 to my account which they took for the jeans ... but ... they have left the £5 that they originally put into my account before they took anything. Chuffed to bits. :D
  • Ok new development peeps!

Some of my vouchers were not being credited to my account, 3 to be exact. When i phoned them, their excuse was that I had ordered through the same account (Eg: I ordered through Chice while I was using my kays account), while it is not true as I created a new account for each of my orders.

I was told that the next course of action was to return the items and then re-order them through a new account. I don't quite believe them and on top of it, I doubt the vouchers will work at all once I re-order the items. What do I do?

I'm not sure what the next step is, but I can see how they've got it down as having happened.

I shop with Kays, but have never used Choice, and yet when I log into my Kays account, the label at the top of the window says I'm on a Choice site. Their programming is obviously not clearly separated between the two sites. I don't have a problem with their other branches though.

Earthmother, thx for the info about the programming, it is reassuring to know I am not losing my marbles.

Just had one of their call centre numpties on the phone and I was just banging my head against the wall. She was wittering on and on and on for 26 minutes. She was also very abusive and said my credit rating will be badly affected if I didn't pay there and then (payment due by 15 October).

So I am sorry but I paid by credit card.

But ultimately it is them who will pay. I will make sure that anybody I meet will be told about these crooks. That will cost them a lot more than £25.

Why are they so desparate for the money I wonder. I hope the credit crunch and the postal strike is hitting these scammers where it hurts.

Its probably cost them more than £25 to read all my e-mails for the last fortnight.

With that sort of abusive employee, it is a company even more best avoided not withstanding this voucher scandal.

    Littlewoods are crooks.

All the codes I have used, about 6 of them, are all credited to my account and all is well.
